Özet
Bu çalışmada Afyonkarahisar ili Dinar ilçesinde yer alan sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin, Sosyal bilgiler öğretiminde müze ve tarihi mekânları kullanımına dair görüş ve uygulamaları ele alınmıştır. Bu araştırmada, nitel araştırma tekniklerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme uygulanmıştır. Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin müze ve tarihi mekânları kullanımına yönelik görüş ve uygulamalarıyla ilgili bilgi toplamak amacıyla görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Görüşme formunun hazırlanmasında uzman görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Görüşme formunu uygulamak için Afyonkarahisar Dinar ilçesinde yer alan ortaokullardaki sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinden çalışma grubu oluşturulmuştur. Çalışma grubu ilçeye bağlı ortaokullarda görev yapan 20 sosyal bilgiler öğretmenini kapsamaktadır. Araştırmanın amacına uygun alt problemler oluşturulmuştur. Alt problemlere ait verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Toplanan bilgilerin analizi betimsel analiz yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda sosyal bilgiler öğretmenlerinin müze ve tarihi mekânları kullanımına yönelik yeterli bilgiye sahip oldukları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenleri, müze gezilerinin sosyal bilgiler dersinde kullanılmasının derse olan ilgiyi artıracağını ve olumlu etkiler bırakacağını ifade etmişlerdir. Müze gezilerinin programda yer alan kazanımların kazandırılmasında içselleştirme ve aidiyet duygusunu artıracağını ifade etmişlerdir. Kazanımların müze ve tarihi mekânlarda öğrencilere kazandırılması için hangi öğretim yöntemi kullanılacağına dair sosyal bilgiler öğretmenleri en fazla anlatım yöntemine ağırlık vermişlerdir. Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenleri, sosyal bilgiler öğretim programında yer alan kazanımlar hakkında bilgi sahibidirler. Fakat müze ve tarihi mekânlarda kazanımları kazandırmak ve geliştirmek için daha fazla bilgilendirme yapılması gerekmektedir. Sosyal bilgiler dersi kazanımlarının öğrencilere kazandırılması konusunda müze ve tarihi mekânlara gezi düzenlenmesinin artırılması konusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, the views and practices of social studies teachers in the Dinar district of Afyonkarahisar province about the use of museums and historical places in social studies teaching are discussed. In this research, semi-structured interview, one of the qualitative research techniques, was applied. An interview form was prepared in order to collect information about the views and practices of social studies teachers regarding the use of museums and historical places. Expert opinions were sought in the preparation of the interview form. In order to apply the interview form, a study group was formed from social studies teachers in secondary schools in Afyonkarahisar Dinar district. The study group includes 20 social studies teachers working in secondary schools in the district. Sub-problems were formed in accordance with the purpose of the research. Semi-structured interview technique was used to collect data for sub-problems. The analysis of the collected information was made with the descriptive analysis method. As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that social studies teachers had sufficient knowledge about the use of museums and historical places. Social studies teachers stated that the use of museum visits in the social studies lesson will increase the interest in the lesson and leave positive effects. They stated that museum visits will increase the sense of internalization and belonging in gaining the gains in the program. Social studies teachers mostly focused on the method of expression about which teaching method would be used in order to gain students the achievements in museums and historical places. Social studies teachers have information about the achievements in the social studies curriculum. However, more information is needed in order to gain and develop the achievements in museums and historical places. Suggestions were made to increase the number of trips to museums and historical places in order to gain students the social studies course gains.
