Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Aydın ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı resmi ve özel ortaokulda görev yapan öğretmenlerinin denetimlere ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla sınıf içi öğretmen denetiminde yaşanan sorunların tespit edilmesi ve öneriler sunulması hedeflenmektedir. Bu araştırma, bir nitel araştırımadır ve olgubilim deseninde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu resmi ve özel ortaokullarda çalışan toplam 16 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubu maksimum çeşitlilik ve ölçüt örnekleme yöntemine uygun olarak seçilmiştir. Katılımcıların sekizi özel ortaokulda çalışırken sekizi resmi ortaokulda çalışmaktadır Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunda bulunan katılımcılar ile yüz yüze görüşme sağlanmış ve izinleri alınarak ses kaydı yapılmıştır. Elde edilen kayıtlar doküman haline getirilmiş ardından analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırma verileri üzerinden, temalar, kategoriler ve kodlar elde edilmiştir. Veriler içerik analizi ve betimsel analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre katılımcılar sınıf içi öğretmen denetimine ilişkin kavramsal betimlemelerini daha çok olumlu duygular kategorisi üzerinden belirtmişlerdir. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin ifadelerinde 'disiplin' en çok kullanılan kavramdır. Öğretmenlerin güncel denetim uygulamaları temasına ilişkin tanımlamalarını denetim yaşantıları ve denetim araçları üzerinden yapıldığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcılar denetim noktasında deneyimlerini daha çok yönetici denetimi üzerinden tanımlamışlardır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar arasında okul denetimlerinde genellikle okul yönetiminin yer alması gerektiği görüşü bulunmaktadır Okullardaki denetim sürecinde, istenmeyen paydaş müdür yardımcısıdır. Öğretmenlerin etkili denetim uygulamalarına yönelik önerilerine bakıldığında, okullarda denetimlerin işbirliği içinde hareket ederek olması gerektiği önerilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında; denetim süreçlerinde yer alan paydaşlara ve farklı çalışma süreçlerinin planlanmasına yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to get the opinions of secondary school teachers working in private and public secondary schools in Aydın province in the 2021-2022 academic year under the Ministry of National Education. In line with the purpose, it is aimed to identify the problems experienced in teacher supervision and propose suggestions. This study is a qualitative one and designed as phenomenological study. The study group of the research consists of 16 teachers working in public and state secondary schools. In the study, maximum diversity and sample were selected in accordance with the criterion sampling method. Eight of the participants work in a private secondary school while eight work in a public secondary school. A qualitative research process was carried out with the teachers on a voluntary basis. The pattern of this research is phenomenology, which is one of the qualitative research designs. The data obtained in the research were collected by the qualitative research method. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher was used as a data collection tool. Face-to-face interviews were conducted with the participants in the study group and voice recording was made with their permission. The records obtained were documented and then analyzed. Themes, categories and codes were obtained from the data obtained from the research. In the research, content analysis and descriptive analysis, which are qualitative research methods, were used. According to the findings obtained in the study, the participants stated their conceptual descriptions of classroom teacher supervision mostly through the category of positive emotions. In the research, 'discipline' is the most used form of supervision in the statements of teachers. It was concluded that the definitions of the teachers regarding the theme of current supervision practices were made through their supervision experiences and supervision tools. In addition, the participants described their experiences at the control point mostly through the supervisor's control. Among the results obtained from the research is that the school administration should generally be involved in school inspections. In the audit process in schools, the undesirable stakeholder is the assistant principal. Considering the teachers' suggestions for effective supervision practices, it is aimed that the supervisions should be carried out in cooperation in schools. Considering the findings obtained from the study; It is thought that planning different working processes for the stakeholders involved in the supervision processes and new researches will have an important place in terms of new studies.
