Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, spor kulüplerinde sporcu ve takım performansının yükseltilmesinde, iletişim kavramı ve sürecinin ne denli önemli olduğunun belirlenmesidir. Araştırma literatür taraması ve alan uygulaması yöntemine dayandırılmıştır. Araştırmanın alan uygulaması kapsamını 2001-2002 sezonunda Türkiye Birinci Profesyonel Süper Liginde yer alan spor kulüplerinde oynayan 135 futbolcudan oluşan grup ile çalışılmıştır. Alan uygulaması verilerinin toplanması için anket formu geliştirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans dağılımı ve yüzdelerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma giriş, materyal ve yöntem, bulgular, tartışma ve sonuç olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın giriş bölümünde kuramsal bilgiler yer almaktadır. Materyal ve yöntem bölümünde araştırmanın gerçekleşmesi sürecine ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmiş, elde edilen veriler ise bulgular bölümünde sunulmuştur. Tartışma ve sonuç bölümünde ise, araştırmada elde edilen bulgular ışığında tartışma ortaya konmuş ve kişisel bir sonuç çıkanlmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, elde edilen verilere göre Türkiye Birinci Profesyonel Futbol Süper Liginde yer alan kulüplerde oynayan futbolcuların sporcu-antrenör, sporcu-sporcu, gerekse de sporcu-yönetici arasında sağlıklı kurulamayan iletişim problemlerinin yaşandığı ve bu tür problemierin daha çok kulüp yöneticilerinden kaynaklandığı, sporcularm kulüp içerisinde hem antrenörleri hem de yöneticileri ile açık bir iletişim kurma özlemi içerisinde oldukları elde edilen bulgular ile elde edilmiş ve bundan sonra aynı konuda yapılacak başka bilimsel araştırmalara ilişkin öneriler getirilmiştir.

IV The main target of this research is to mention how much the communication process and concept important to improve the performance of the players and the teams in sport clubs. The research has been done by using fieldwork and scanningUterature method. The fieldwork comprise of the research contains a group of 135 futbollers who have taken place in the teams of the Turkish Professional Super League in 2001-2002. In order to collect fieldwork datas, the survey form has been developed. To anlysis the datas the ratio of freguency system is used. The research consists of your main chapter including introduction to the research, material and method, data, argument and conclusion. In the introduction part, theoretical information is given. In material and method part, the processes of the researches are mentioned and the result datas are presented in the data section. In the argument and conclusion section, checking the datas of the researching an argument is established and the personal result is mentioned. According to the datas of the research; the lack of communication problems between the footballers, who have been playing football in the teams of the Turkish Professional Football Super League coaches, managers and the other footballers are mainly because of the club managers. Besides, footballers do really need and miss the real communication with their coaches and managers, as well. Under the information of this research, the important datas are mentioned and these results are proposed to be used in other scientific researches related with this subject soon.
