Özet
Bu araştırmanın genel amacı okul öncesi dönemde ödev verilmesinin öğretmen, öğrenci ve veli açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseni kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örnekleminde nitel araştırma örneklem yöntemlerinden amaçlı örnekleme (olasılıksız) yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu; MEB anasınıfı veya anaokullarında okuyan 57-71 aylık 20 okul öncesi öğrencisi, MEB de çalışan 20 okul öncesi öğretmeni ve 20 tane de çocuğu okul öncesi kuruma devam eden veli oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından öğretmen ve veliler için 2 farklı görüşme formu öğrenciler içinde resim yaptıkları ve resimlerin açıklamalarının yer aldığı dokümanlar kullanılmıştır. Toplanan öğretmen, öğrenci ve veli verilerinin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda okul öncesi çocukların yapmış olduğu resimlerin açıklamalarından çocukların zihinlerinde bir ödev şemasının olduğu ve ödeve yönelik olumlu tutum içinde olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğretmen ve velilerin ise ödeve yönelik farklı görüşlerinin olduğu ve bu duruma bağlı olarak ödeve ilişkin beklentilerin farklılaştığı görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin ve velilerin ödev sürecine dair duygularının ise çoğunlukla olumlu olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğretmenler ve veliler; ödevlerin öğrencileri hem akademik hem de sosyal olarak geliştirdiği yönünde benzer fikirler belirtmişlerdir. Fakat araştırmaya katılan öğretmenler ve veliler ödev sürecinde yaşanan bir takım aksaklıkların ödevin verimliliğini düşürebileceğini de ifade etmişlerdir. Bu şekilde olumsuz bir sonuçla karşılaşmamak için öğretmenlere; uygun amaçta, uygun miktarda, öğrencinin bireysel ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak uygun tarzda ödevler tercih etmesi önerilmiştir. Velilere ise ödev sürecinde öğrenciye uygun şartları sağlamaları ayrıca süreç içinde öğrenciye olumlu davranışlar sergilemeleri, onları korkutan, yargılayan, üzen davranışlardan uzak durmaları gerektiği önerilmiştir.

The general purpose of this research is to examine the assignment of homework in the preschool period in terms of teachers, students and parents. The research was carried out using the phenomenology design, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In determining the sample of the research, the purposeful sampling (improbability) method, which is one of the qualitative research sampling methods, was preferred. The sample of the research; 20 preschool students aged 57-71 months studying in kindergartens or kindergartens, 20 preschool teachers working in the Ministry of National Education and 20 parents whose children attend preschool institutions constitute. As a data collection tool, 2 different interview forms for teachers and parents were used by the researcher, and the documents in which the students drew pictures and the explanations of the pictures were used. Content analysis was used to analyze the collected teacher, student and parent data. As a result of the research, it was concluded from the explanations of the pictures made by the preschool children that the children had a homework scheme in their minds and that they had a positive attitude towards homework. It has been observed that teachers and parents have different views on homework, and depending on this situation, expectations about homework differ. It was concluded that the attitudes of teachers and parents towards the homework process were mostly positive. Teachers and parents; They expressed similar ideas that homework improves students both academically and socially. However, the teachers and parents who participated in the research also stated that some problems in the homework process may reduce the efficiency of the homework. In order not to encounter a negative result in this way, teachers; It has been suggested that students should choose homework for the appropriate purpose, in the appropriate amount, and in the appropriate style that will meet the individual needs of the student. It was suggested to the parents that they should provide appropriate conditions for the student during the homework process, and that they should exhibit positive behaviors towards the student during the process, and stay away from the behaviors that frighten, judge and upset them.
