Özet
Bu çalışmada öğretmenlerin kovid-19 pandemi sürecine ilişkin düşüncelerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak mülakat formu kullanılmıştır. Mülakat formu iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, çalıştıkları kurum, eğitim durumu, yürütmekte olduğu görev ve mesleki kıdem gibi kişisel bilgilerine yönelik sorular yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise öğretmenlerin pandemi süreciyle ilgili düşüncelerini belirlemeye yönelik 5 adet açık uçlu soru yer almaktadır. Bu araştırma eğitim araştırmaları bağlamında öğretmenlerin pandemi dönemiyle ilgili görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla yapılmış nitel bir araştırmadır. Araştırma grubunu Kahramanmaraş il merkezindeki okul öncesi, ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Pandemi nedeniyle çalışma kapsamında toplam 60 öğretmenden mail yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci alt problemi olan pandemi sürecinin kişisel gelişiminize etkilerine yönelik düşünceleriniz nelerdir sorusuna verilen yanıtlar incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin büyük bölümünün olumlu olarak dijital ortamlarla ilgili kendini geliştirme imkanı elde ettikleri, olumsuz etki olarak ise motivasyon kaybı yaşadıkları görülmüştür. Araştırmanın ikinci problemi olan pandemi sürecinin mesleki gelişiminize etkileri nelerdir sorusuna verilen yanıtlar incelendiğinde olumlu etkiler olarak“uzaktan eğitim konusunda gelişim”in öne çıktığı görülmüştür. Araştırmanın üçüncü problemi olan Öğretmenlere“Pandemi sürecinde yürütülen eğitim öğretim hakkındaki düşünceleriniz nelerdir? Yürüttüğünüz eğitim öğretimde hangi çalışmaları yaptınız? Yaptığınız çalışmalar hakkındaki düşünceleriniz nelerdir? Pandemi sürecindeki eğitim öğretime yönelik önerileriniz nasıldır?”şeklinde sorulan soruya verilen yanıtlar incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin pandemi sürecinde yürüttükleri eğitim-öğretimde yaptıkları çalışmalarda“ödev ve proje verilmesi”nin öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Araştırmanın dördüncü problemi olan“Pandemi süreci dikkate alındığında pandemi sonrası hakkındaki görüşleriniz nelerdir? Pandemi sonrasında nasıl bir kişisel yaşam öngörüyorsunuz? Pandemi sonrasındaki eğitim öğretim ve öğretmenlik mesleği hakkındaki düşünceleriniz nelerdir?”sorusu sorulmuş olup bu konuyla ilgili olarak çok tutarlı olmamakla beraber“öğrencilerin ve öğretmenlerin uyum sorunu”konusunun öne çıktığı görülmüştür. Araştırmanın beşinci problemi olan pandemiyle ilgili düşünceleriniz nelerdir sorusuna verilen yanıtlar incelendiğinde dünya ve Türkiye'de her bakımdan oldukça zorlu bir dönem olan pandemi döneminde pek çok sorunla karşılaşmış olup bu dönemle ilgili öğretmenlerin ortak düşüncesinin pandemi döneminin hiç kimsenin istemeyeceği bir süreç olduğu, öğrencilerin, öğretmenlerin, velilerin desteğe ihtiyacı olduğu ve bir an evvel bitmesi temennisinde oldukları görülmüştür.

In this study, it is aimed to examine the thoughts of teachers about the COVID-19 pandemic process. An interview form was used as a data collection tool in the research. The interview form consists of two parts. In the first part, there are questions about the personal information of teachers such as gender, institution they work for, educational status, position and professional seniority. In the second part, there are 5 open-ended questions to determine the thoughts of teachers about the pandemic process. This research is a qualitative study conducted to evaluate the opinions of teachers about the pandemic period in the context of educational research. The research group consists of teachers working in pre-school, primary, secondary and high schools in Gaziantep city center. Due to the pandemic, data were collected from a total of 60 teachers via e-mail within the scope of the study. When the answers given to the question of what are your thoughts on the effects of the pandemic process on your personal development, which is the first sub-problem of the research, were examined, it was seen that most of the teachers had the opportunity to develop themselves about digital environments and lost their motivation. When the answers given to the question of what are the effects of the pandemic process on your professional development, which is the second problem of the research, are examined, it is seen that“development in distance education”stands out as positive effects. The third problem of the research,“What are your thoughts on the education and training carried out during the pandemic process? What kind of work did you do in your education? What are your thoughts on the work you do? What are your suggestions for education during the pandemic process?”When the answers given to the question asked are examined, it is seen that“giving homework and projects”comes to the fore in the studies carried out by the teachers in the education they carried out during the pandemic process. The fourth problem of the research,“What are your views on the post-pandemic period, considering the pandemic process? What kind of personal life do you envision after the pandemic? What are your thoughts on the education and teaching profession after the pandemic?”The question was asked and it was seen that the issue of“adaptation problem of students and teachers”came to the fore, although it was not very consistent about this issue. When the answers given to the question of what are your thoughts about the pandemic, which is the fifth problem of the research, are examined, the world and our country have faced many problems during the pandemic period, which is a very difficult period in all respects, and the common opinion of the teachers about this period is that the pandemic period is a process that no one wants, students, teachers, parents support. It has been seen that they need it and they wish it to be finished as soon as possible.
