The main purpose of this study is to research effects of leadership behaviors on job satisfaction of employees. In this context, in the first chapter, first of all, leadership and management concept, leadership approaches and patterns of leadership behavior are studied. And,in the study we explaned, effects of the leadership behaviors of managers on the job satisfaction of employees are tried to be explained through the application study made within the framework of the model established
