Özet

ÖZET Endüstri yapılan, bir günlük yaşam süresinin büyük bir bölümünü çalışma çevresinde geçiren insan varlığı ile makine parkı organizasyonunu içeren ve üretim eylemini barındıran yapı türleridir. Üretime yönelmiş bu yapıların, fonksiyonu ve insan varlığının fizyolojik ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarını göz önüne almadan tasarlanması, işletme başarısını etkileyen önemli bir etken olarak görülmektedir. Tasarlamada temel hedef, içinde çalışacak olan“insan”a uygun ortamlar yaratmak olmalıdır. Bu anlayış ile yapılacak uygulamalarda da, öncelikle, endüstri yapılarının tasarımını etkileyen faktörler belirlenmelidir. Yapılan bu çalışmada“Endüstri Yapılarının Tasarımı nı Etkileyen Faktörler”başlığı altında altı ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; yapılan araştırmanın amacı ve kapsamı belirtilmektedir. İkinci bölümde; ilk üretim etkinliklerinden başlayarak otomasyon aşamasına kadarki süreç incelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde; endüstri yapısı tanımlanmakta, dünyada ve Türkiye'deki gelişim süreçleri incelenmekte ve konu ile ilgili örneklere yer verilmektedir. Dördüncü bölümde; endüstri yapılarında yer seçimi, etkenleri ile birlikte incelenmekte, seçilen bir arsa üzerinde en az olması gereken fiziksel üniteler ile arsaya yerleşimleri üzerinde durulmaktadır. Beşinci bölümde; endüstri yapılarının tasarımını etkileyen faktörler ana başlıklar altında incelenmektedir. Altıncı bölüm, sonuç bölümüdür.

Özet (Çeviri)

SUMMARY Industrial buildings are those which shelter the human being who spends the big avant of life in the process of labouring, the organisation of machine park, and the production activity. If the project of these buildings which should be done for perfect productions is managed without taking into consideration the function and the psychological and physical situation of people who work in, they badly affect the achievement of management. The main goal in projecting the buildings should be aimed to create the most suitable conditions for the people. While planing the organisation of the industrial buildings, the factors that affect the project of the buildings should be formerly determined. Therefore, this study is prepared under the mead of“The Factors Affecting The Project of Industrial Buildings”including six main chapters. The first chapter, refers to the aim and the extent of searching out the buildings. In the second chapter, the process from production activity to automation is examined. The third chapter includes the definition of industrial buildings, the process of developments in all over the world and in Turkey and same samples related to the subject under discussion. In the fourth chapter, choosing the suitable fields and their factoring for industrial buildings are determined; on the other hand, the minimum physical units that should be placed in the field and the location of these units are questioned. The fifth chapter refers to the factors that affect the project of the industrial buildings under the some main topics. The sixth chapter implies the conclusion of the study.
