Özet
Öğretmenler eğitim-öğretim sürecine dahil olan en önemli unsurların başında gelmektedir. Her insanın olumlu yönde etkileyen çalışma koşullarının tehlikeden uzak olması öğretmenler içinde geçerlidir. Son dönemde yaşanan pandemi nedeniyle tüm dünya hastalık bulaşma riski altındayken çalışma şartları insanlarda tedirginliğe neden olmuştur. Bu noktadan başlayarak yapılan araştırma, Adana ili Merkez ilçelerinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki ortaokullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin pandemide hastalanma kaygısı yaşamalarına karşın çevrim içi eğitim ve yüz yüze eğitime yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesi hakkındaki görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, tarama modelinde nicel ve nitel veri toplama yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında Adana ili merkez Seyhan ilçesinde bulunan alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan ortaokul öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Özalp, Demir-Çelebi ve Ekşi (2021) tarafından geliştirilen“Pandemi Kaygısı Ölçeği”ne (PKÖ) gönüllülük esasına dayanarak cevaplayan 200 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Kaygı seviyesi yüksek olan öğretmenlerden, gönüllü olan 10 öğretmen ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Adana'da bulunan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin PKÖ Toplam Puan Ortalamaları cinsiyete göre kadın öğretmenlerin puanları lehine anlamlı bir fark göstermiştir. Ortaokul öğretmenlerin PKÖ puanları ne alt ölçekler ne de toplam puanlar bazında branşa göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir. Öğretmenlerin büyük bir kısmının çevrim içi eğitime yatkınlığın olmaması, eğitimin yüz yüze kadar verimli olmaması, uzaktan (çevrim içi) eğitimin veya öğretmenlerin yetersiz kaldığını düşündükleri ortaya çıkarken, eğitimde sürekliliğin sağlanması, pandemi bulaş riskinden uzak olma hissi, öğrencilerin dersten kopmaması, öğrencilerle iletişim kurma olanağı olması gibi avantajları vardır. Öğretmen ve öğrencilerin bağlantı/teknik sorunlar, duygusal sorunlar, canlı derslerle ilgili sorunlar/öncesi-sonrası, fiziksel sorunlar, sosyal içerikli sorunlar, ortamla ilgili sorunlar yaşadıkları belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenler uzaktan eğitim sürecinde çevrim içi uygulamaları kullanarak ödev kontrolü ve sınav yaparken yeni uygulamalar kullanarak teknolojiye ayak uydurmuşlardır. Tüm bunlara rağmen akademik başarı istenilen seviyede olamamıştır. Yüz yüze eğitimin akademik başarıyı yükselttiği fakat hastalık bulaşma riski varken tercih edilmemektedir. Hibrit eğitimin daha uygun olduğu görülmüştür.

Teachers are one of the most important elements involved in the education and training process. The fact that the working conditions that affect every person in a positive way are far from danger applies to teachers. Due to the recent pandemic, while the whole world is at risk of disease transmission, working conditions have caused anxiety in people. Starting from this point of the research conducted in the central districts of the Ministry of education, lower socio-economic level teachers who work in secondary schools, although the concern of an infection and avian influenza in live online training aims to examine the views of views concerning the determination of face to face training. The research is a descriptive study in which quantitative and qualitative data collection methods are used in the screening model. The universe of the research consists of secondary school teachers working in public schools at the lower socio-economic level located in the central Seyhan district of Adana Province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample of the research consists of 200 teachers who answered the“Pandemic Anxiety Scale”(PAS) developed by Özalp, Demir-Çelebi and Ekşi (2021) on a voluntary basis. A focus group was formed with 10 teachers who volunteered from teachers with high anxiety levels. As a result of the research, the PAS Total Score Averages of secondary school teachers in Adana showed a significant difference in favor of female teachers' scores according to gender. The PAS scores of secondary school teachers do not show significant differences according to branch, neither on the basis of subscales nor on the basis of total scores. Online education is the lack of susceptibility of the majority of the teachers of education to be as efficient as face-to-face, distance (online) education or insufficient consideration of teachers have emerged, while ensuring continuity in education, the feeling of being away from the risk of pandemic influenza transmission, the students should not be severed from the course, it has advantages like the ability to communicate with students. Teachers and students link/technical issues, emotional issues, problems with live courses/pre-post, physical problems, social issues, environment issues, it was determined that experienced. Teachers have kept up with technology by using online applications in the distance education process, checking homework and using new applications when conducting exams. Despite all this, academic success has not been at the desired level. Face-to-face education increases academic success, but it is not preferred when there is a risk of disease transmission. It has been found that hybrid education is more suitable.
