Özet

Obezite, dünya çapında sıklığı gitgide artan ve pandemi boyutlarına ulaşan ciddi bir sağlık sorunu haline gelmiştir. Obezitenin tedavisinde en etkin ve yaygın tedavi seçeneklerinden biri de bariatrik cerrahidir. Günümüzde en sık uygulanan bariatrik cerrahi prosedürlerden biri de Laporoskopik Sleeve Gastrektomi(LSG)' dir. Bu çalışmada, obezite nedeniyle LSG uygulanan hastalarda, 6 ve 12. aylarda cobb açısı, bel ve sırt ağrısı yönünden değerlendirilerek kilo veriminin bu parametrelere etkisi araştırıldı. Çalışmaya yaşları 18 ile 60 yıl arasında değişen 89 hasta dahil edildi.. Tüm hastalara LSG ameliyatı yapıldı. Tüm hastaların kontrol muayeneleri sırasıyla, operasyondan önce, operasyon sonrası 6. ayda ve 12. ayda yapıldı. Tüm hastalara ameliyattan önce ve ameliyattan sonra 6 ve 12. aylarda, Vizüel Analog Skala (VAS), Oswestry Bel Ağrısı Engellilik Anketi (OBAEA), Roland-Morris Disabilite Anketi (RMDA), SF-36 Yaşam Kalitesi Anketi (SF36) uygulandı. Obesity has become a serious health problem that is increasing in prevalence worldwide and reaching pandemic proportions.. One of the most effective treatment options in the treatment of obesity is bariatric surgery. Laporoacopic Sleeve Gastrectomy is one of the most frequently performed bariatric surgical procedures today. In this study, the effect ofweight loss on these parameters was investigated by evaluating the cobbangle, low back and back pain at 6 and 12 months in patients who underwent Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy(LSG) for obesity.A total of 89 patients aged between 18 and 60 were included in the study. LSG was performed on all patients. Control examinations of allpatients were performed before the operation, 6 months and 12 months after the operation, respectively, and Cobb angle, height, weight, body mass index (BMI) measurements were made and recorded at each visit. Investigating the quality and quantity of low back pain and the loss of function caused by the patient before the surgery and at the 6th and 12th months after the surgery; Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire (OBAEA), Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDA), SF-36 Quality of Life Questionnaire (SF36) were administered .According to the preoperative Cobb angles, the decrease in the 6th month (p=0.029) and 12th month (p=0.007) measurements after the operation was found to be significant (p
