Özet
There are some brilliant ideas, unions or projects which reconstruct its era totallyor have an ambitious desire for their societies to catch these new ideas and want tocooperate with other nations to have better chance. In this way, societies desire toupgrade their ongoing conditions towards the better one. Some of these ideas or unions that I can count such as European Union, NATO, APEC, African Union, TURKSOY, UN, Organization Of Islamic Cooperation, Shanghai CooperationOrganization and so far. Actually, none of the ideas or projects nowadays alerts the societies. In this point, one idea becomes visible in the international area. This mega-colossal plan hasbasically two core points which are The Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, collectively named the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) or publically known One Belt One Road Initiative(OBOR). People's Republic of China's President Xi says“Over 2,000 years ago, our ancestors trekking across vast steppes and deserts, opened the transcontinental passage connecting Asia, Europe and Africa, known today as the Silk Road. Our ancestors navigating rough seas, created sea routes linking the East and the West, namely, Maritime Silk Road. The Ancient Silk Road, embracing both the landsilkroad and maritime silk road, opened windows of friendly engagement betweennations, adding a splendid chapter to the human progress. Spanning thousands of miles and years, the ancient Silk Road embodies the spirit of peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit. The Silk Road Spirit has become a great heritage of human civilization. The Ancient Silk Road was not for trade only; it boosted the flow of knowledge as well. Through The Silk Road, Chinesesilk, porcelain, ironware were shipped to the West, while pepper, flax, spices, grapesentered China. Through the Silk Road, Buddhism, Islam and Arab astronomy, III calendar and medicine found their way to China, while China's four Great Inventions(Gunpowder, printing, the compass and paper making) and silkwormbreeding spreadto other parts of the world. More importantly, the exchange of goods and know-howspurred new ideas”. I need to say something about this spectacular project that it not only consist of big area like Asia, Europe and Africa but also included in economic greatness, ambitious cooperation for countries across the roads, political and social awareness aswell.
