Özet
Bu çalışmada korunması gereken kültür varlığı olan Uzundere Cami'nin belgelenmesi ve varlığını gelecek nesillere aktarmasına yönelik koruma projesi hazırlanmıştır. Koruma projesi yapının rölöve çalışmaları ile restitüsyon ve restorasyon projelerini içermektedir. Proje kapsamında yapının belgelenmesi ve mevcut durum analizleri için çağdaş yöntem ve araçlar kullanılarak özellikle rölöve ve restitüsyon aşamasında yeni yaklaşımların önemine değinilmiştir. Birinci bölümde tez çalışmasının amacı ve önemi, kapsamı ve çalışmada izlenilen yöntem açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde kırsal alanın bir parçası olan yapıya yönelik kırsalı konu alan bir literatür çalışması yapılmıştır. Kır, kırsal ve köy kavramları irdelenmiş, bu kavramların zaman içinde değişen tanımsal değerleri ortaya konulmuştur. Kırsal alanların ve kırsal mimari mirasın korunma sorunlarına ve bu sorunların çözümüne yönelik politikalara değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde yapının yer aldığı alan tanıtılarak yapı ve yakın çevresinin mevcut durum incelemesi yapılmıştır. Yapının yer aldığı Osmaniye köyünün tarihsel incelemesi, kökeni ve coğrafi özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Uzundere Cami'nin mevcut durumu fotoğraf ve rölöve çizimleriyle belgelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde yapının özgün durumuna ilişkin yazılı ve görsel kaynaklar araştırılmıştır. Bununla birlikte yapının hasarsız testlerden kızılötesi termal kamera görüntülerinde restitüsyon kararlarına yön veren önemli bulgular elde edilmiştir. Yapının özgün durumuna yönelik belge ve bulguların aydınlatamadığı noktalar için analojik araştırma yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler birleştirilerek Uzundere Cami'nin restitüsyon kararları verilmiştir ve buna bağlı restitüsyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde rölöve ve restitüsyon çalışmalarından elde edilen veriler ışığında yapının acil ve uzun vadede koruma kararlarını içeren bir restorasyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Altıncı bölümde çalışmanın genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılarak, Uzundere Cami'nin korunması kapsamında ileriye dönük öneri ve temennilere yer verilmiştir.

In this study, a conservation project has been prepared for the documentation of Uzundere Mosque, which is a cultural property that needs to be protected, and for transferring its existence to future generations. The conservation project includes the building's survey works and restitution and restoration projects. Within the scope of the project, the importance of new approaches was emphasized, especially in the survey and restitution phase, by using modern methods and tools for the documentation of the building and the current situation analysis. In the first chapter, the aim and importance of the thesis study, its scope and the method followed in the study are explained. In the second part, a literature study on the rural area for the building, which is a part of the rural area, was conducted. The concepts of rural, rural and village have been examined and the descriptive values of these concepts that have changed over time have been revealed. The problems of protection of rural areas and rural architectural heritage and the policies for the solution of these problems are mentioned. In the third chapter, the area where the building is located was introduced and the current situation of the building and its immediate surroundings were examined. The historical examination, origin and geographical features of Osmaniye village, where the building is located, were investigated. The current situation of Uzundere Mosque has been documented with photographs and survey drawings. In the fourth chapter, written and visual sources related to the original state of the building were searched. In addition, important findings that guide the restitution decisions were obtained in the infrared thermal camera images from the undamaged tests of the building. Analogical research method was used for the points that the documents and findings about the original state of the building could not illuminate. By combining the data obtained, restitution decisions of Uzundere Mosque were made and a restitution project was prepared accordingly. In the fifth chapter, in the light of the data obtained from the survey and restitution studies, a restoration project was prepared that includes the immediate and long-term preservation decisions of the building. In the sixth chapter, a general evaluation of the study is made and forward-looking suggestions and wishes are included within the scope of the protection of Uzundere Mosque.
