Özet
Bu araştırma; hemşirelerin afet yönetimine ilişkin görüşlerinin derinlemesine belirlenmesi ve afet yönetimine ilişkin yeterliliklerini ölçmeye yönelik bir aracın geliştirilmesi amacıyla, nitel (bireysel derinlemesine görüşme yöntemi) ve nicel (metodolojik yöntem) tasarımda iki aşamalı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci aşaması olan nitel aşamasına, 27 afet yaşamış hemşire; ikinci aşaması olan metodolojik aşamasına 697 hemşire katılmıştır. Nitel aşama verileri“Hemşire Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu”kullanılarak bireysel derinlemesine görüşme yöntemiyle, nicel veriler ise“Hemşirelerin Afet Yönetimine İlişkin Yeterlilik Değerlendirme Ölçeği”ile toplanmıştır. Nitel veriler MAXQDA 2020 programında, nicel veriler ise SPSS 22.0 programında analiz edilmiştir. Nitel aşama bulguları, afet öncesi süreç, afet süreci, afet sonrası süreç olarak üç ana temada ve afet algısı, afete hazırlık, fiziki yapı, donanım ve organizasyon, yönetim süreci, insan kaynağı yönetimi, güvenlik, yönetsel süreç/yaklaşım, psikososyal destek ve insan kaynağı geliştirme olarak dokuz alt tema altında kategorize edilmiştir. Hemşireler ile yapılan bireysel derinlemesine görüşmeler ve literatür doğrultusunda 67 maddelik taslak ölçek oluşturularak uzman görüşüne sunulmuştur. 7 madde uzman görüşü sonrası çıkarılmış ve kapsam geçerliliği 0,95 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Taslak ölçeğe açımlayıcı faktör analizi uygulanarak, iki boyutlu (afete hazırlık ve afete müdahale) 43 maddelik bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Ardından doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmış ve sonucuna göre uyum iyiliği değerleri Chi-square/df (CMIN/DF)=3,261, RMR=0,07, CFI=0,925, SRMR=0,036, RMSEA=0,059 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin zamana karşı güvenilirliği 40 katılımcı ile test tekrar test yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiş, anlamlı bir fark olmadığı (t= -0,492; p=0,63, p>0,05) bulunmuştur. This research; The qualitative (individual in-depth interview method) and quantitative (methodological method) design were carried out in two stages in order to determine nurses' views on disaster management in depth and to develop a tool to measure their disaster management competencies. In the qualitative stage, which is the first stage of the research, 27 nurses who experienced disaster; 697 nurses participated in the methodological stage, which is the second stage. Qualitative stage data were collected by individual in-depth interview method using the“Nurse Semi-Structured Interview Form”, and quantitative data were collected with the“Nurses' Sufficiency Assessment Scale on Disaster Management”. Qualitative data were analyzed in the MAXQDA 2020 program, and quantitative data were analyzed in the SPSS 22.0 program. The findings of the qualitative phase were categorized under three main themes as pre-disaster process, disaster process, post-disaster process and nine sub-themes as disaster perception, disaster preparedness, physical structure, equipment and organization, management process, human resource management, security, managerial process/approach, psychosocial support and human resource development. In line with the individual in-depth interviews with the nurses and the literature, a 67-item draft scale was created and presented to the expert opinion. 7 items were removed after expert opinion and the content validity was calculated as 0.95. By applying exploratory factor analysis to the draft scale, a two-dimensional (disaster preparedness and response) structure of 43 items was obtained. Then, confirmatory factor analysis was performed and according to the result, the values of goodness of fit were determined as Chi-square/df (CMIN/DF)=3.261, RMR=0.07, CFI=0.925, SRMR=0.036, RMSEA=0.059. The reliability of the scale against time was evaluated with the test-retest method with 40 participants, and it was found that there was no significant difference (t= -0.492; p=0.63, p>0.05).
