Özet
Belâgat ilminin eşsiz örnekleri ile nazil olan Kur'an-ı Kerim, Arap edebiyatçılarını dahi hayrete düşüren, mucizevi bir kaynaktır. Sahabeden günümüze kadar onun anlaşılmasına katkı sağlayan âlimler, Belâgat ve alt dalları olan, bedî', beyân ve meâni ilimleri ışığında onun ilahi mânâlarına ulaşmaya çalışmışlardır. Zümer Suresi, Kur'an-ı Kerim'in 39. suresi olup, belâgatının zenginliği ve etkileyiciliği açısından büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada Zümer Suresi'nin Arap belâgatı yönünden tahlilinin sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Sure meânî ilmi çerçevesinde incelenerek, ayetlerin anlam derinliğinin ve çarpıcılığının ortaya çıkarılması hedeflenmiştir. Tezin giriş bölümünde, Zümer Suresi'nin nazil olduğu dönemin Arap diline etkileri hakkında bilgi sunulmuştur. Surenin Arap dilinin güzellikleri ve belâgatının kullanımıyla nasıl öne çıktığına dikkat çekilmiştir. Sure hakkında bilgiler verildikten sonra genel belâgat terimleri açıklanmıştır. Birinci bölümde, isnad ve unsurları, haber ve inşa, kasr, î'caz ve itnab sanatları açıklanarak Kur'an-ı Kerim'den muhtelif ayetlerle örneklendirilmiştir. Belağatın ayetlerdeki teferruatlı analizi ile Kur'an dilinin geniş anlamına dikkat çekilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, surenin dil yapısı ve üslubu incelenmiştir. Suredeki cümle yapıları, kelime seçimi, pekiştirmeler, tekrarlar ile îsnad ve müsnedin durumlarına göre yapılan vurgulamalar, takdim ve tehir ile dikkat çekilen önemli noktalar belirtilmiştir. Ayrıca zamir ile zahir isim ilişkisi, iltifat ve î'caz sanatı kullanılarak az sözle çok şey anlatmanın öneminden, yapılan hazifler ile muhatabın düşünmeye sevkedilerek, ayetlerin anlamının zenginleştirilmesinden bahsedilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde, Zümer Suresi'nin Arap belâgatı açısından değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. Cümlelerin kuruluşunda kullanılan ustalıktan, lafızların takdim ve te'hirinin vurguladığı anlamlardan ve diğer belâği özelliklerinden dolayı, surenin göz alıcı yönleri açığa çıkarılmıştır. Bu analizler sonucunda surenin etkileyici ve akıcı bir üslûba sahip olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

The Qur'an, which was revealed with its unique examples of rhetoric, is a miraculous source that amazes even Arab writers. Scholars who have contributed to his care from the Companions to the present have tried to reach his divine meânings within the sciences of rhetoric and its sub-branches, bedî'î, beyân and meâning. Surah Zumar is the 39th surah of the Holy Qur'an and has great features in terms of the richness and impressiveness of its eloquence. The aim of this book is to publish the analysis of Surah Zümer with Arabic rhetoric. It is aimed to reveal the depth of meâning and strikingness of the verses by examining the meâning of the sura within the scope of science. In the introduction part of the thesis, information is given about the effects of Surah Zümer on the Arabic language at the time it was revealed. Attention is drawn to how the surah stands out with its use of the beauties and eloquence of the Arabic language. After giving information about the surah, general rhetoric explanations were explained. The first parts, isnad and elements, news and construction, kasr, ijaz and itnab arts are explained and exemplified with various verses from the Qur'an. With the detailed analysis in the verses of rhetoric, attention has been drawn to the broad meâning of the Qur'anic language. In the second part, the language structure and style of the surah. It indicates the important points to be considered with the sentence structure, word choice, reinforcements, repetitions, emphasis made according to the situations of îsnad and musnad, introduction and postponement in the sura. In addition, he did not mention the importance of expressing a lot with less words by using the relationship between pronoun and apparent noun, compliment and î'caz, and enriching the meâning of the verses by referring to the addressee with the references made. In the conclusion part, the Arabic rhetoric of Surah Zümer is evaluated. Due to the mastery used in the worship of the sentences, the meânings emphasized by the presentation and interpretation of the words, and other eloquent things, the entirety of the surah has been revealed. As a result of these analyzes, it has been stated that the surah has an impressive and fluent style.
