Özet
Bu çalışma savaş sebebiyle uzun süredir Türkiye'de yaşamak zorunda kalmış Suriyeli mülteci çocuklarındaki çift dillilik problemini ele almaktadır. Çift dillilik olgusu, bireyin bir veya daha fazla dili akıcı ve etkin bir şekilde kullanma yeteneğine verilen isimdir. Çift dillilik bireyin kendi dili içerisindeki lehçelere karşı tutumu olabileceği gibi İngilizce ve Türkçe gibi başka dilleri de içermektedir. Bu çalışmada çift dillilik olgusu iki yönden incelemeye tabi tutulmuştur. Öncelikle Suriyeli Arap halkın günlük hayatta kullandığı ağız olan avamca ile düşünce, bilim ve edebiyat gibi alanlarda kullanılan standart-fasih Arapçanın -bir eğitim aracı olarak -okullarda Suriyeli mülteci çocuklarına etkileri araştırılmış, daha sonra bölgenin baskın dili olan Türkçe ile olan iletişimleri gözlemlenmiştir. Çalışmada anket uygulamasına geçilmeden önce, çift dillilik olgusunun tanım, ortaya çıkış sebepleri ve temel özelliklerine değinilmiş, daha sonra 52 soruluk anket çalışmasıyla sahaya inilmiştir. Elde edilen ham bulgular SSPS analiz programıyla değerlendirmiştir. Anket uygulamasında Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin mülteci çocuklar için açmış olduğu okullar ile bu okullarda öğretmenlik yapan Arap kökenli öğretmenlerden istifade edilmiştir. Kapsamlı analizler ışığında sonuçların tekrardan değerlendirilmesiyle birlikte, çift dilliğin sorun teşkil eden hususlarını için bir dizi çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur.

This research is about bilingualism of the Syrian children who live in Turkey. This bilingualism leads to two kinds of languages, which are the everyday language and the standard Arabic language. The everyday language or the so-called slang language is spoken by many people. It is used among people in the market and in the street; whereas the standard language is used in many fields like science and literature. It is taught at universities and schools. It is considered as the official language of communication between countries and governmental institutions. In addition to a third language which is the Turkish language. The researcher depends on the descriptive and analytical methods as a methodology. So, he describes the phenomenon of bilingualism and its causes, emergence, and characteristics. He also tries to analyze this phenomenon and write down its results. This method studies the reality or the phenomenon by describing it in detail as it is.The goal of this research is to shed light on the phenomenon of bilingualism in two ways linguistically and terminologically, to find out the history of the emergence of this phenomenon, to know the reasons and characteristics that characterized it, and to develop appropriate solutions and proposals that help solve the problem of bilingualism, through a questionnaire presented to teachers who teach at schools that are run by the Turkish government Those children/students who moved to Turkey expressed their opinions. This questionnaire was done using the SPSS program, presenting/showing results and useful solutions. After that analyzing the questionnaire through the program (SPSS), showing results and useful solutions. The importance of this research comes from the fact that it deals with such a phenomenon that lasts for decades of a bad reality, through a questionnaire that is developed by the researcher himself using a practical and realistic study.
