Özet
21. yüzyılda teknolojinin yükselişi ile birçok yenilik ve bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin (BİT) eğitimde kullanımı artmıştır. Günümüzde bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri sayesinde bilgiye ulaşmak geçmişe göre daha kolay hale gelmiştir. Kovid-19 pandemisi ile Türkiye dâhil Dünyanın birçok yerinde uzaktan eğitime geçilmiştir. Eğitim süreci uzaktan eğitim sürecine taşınmıştır. Türkiye'de ilk uzaktan eğitim 1956 yılında Ankara Üniversitesi Bankası Ticaret Hukuku Araştırma Enstitüsü tarafından başlatılmıştır. Türkiye, Kovid-19 salgını sırasında ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise öğrencilerine yönelik EBA platformu Fatih Projesi ile uzaktan eğitime başladı. Üniversitelerde bu süreç, üniversitenin kendi eğitim platformları ve Zoom, Microsoft Teams gibi. uygulamalarla desteklendi. Bu çalışmada Fatih'ten EBA'ya kamuda eğitim teknolojilerinin incelenmesi, öğrenci ve öğretmen görüşlerinin alınması, e-içerik kullanımının önemi, yenilikçi teknolojinin mevcut olan EBA platformu üzerinde etkilerini anlamak ve çözüm önerileri sunmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada karma yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Nitel kategorik veri olduğu için, Ki-kare testi uygulanmış ve betimsel analizlerle zenginleştirilmiştir. Son olarak toplanan veriler kullanılarak, GZFT analizine yönelik içeriksel çıkarımlar bulunulmuştur. Yapılan anket sonuçlarından edinilen bulgulara göre uzaktan eğitim sürecinde EBA platformunu öğretmenlerden ziyade öğrenciler daha aktif kullanmaktadır. EBA kayıt süreçleri, öğrenci-öğretmen iletişiminde her iki grupta sıkıntı yaşamamaktadır. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak EBA'nın uzaktan eğitim sürecinde etkili bir platform olduğu, eğitimde e-içerik kullanımının hem öğretmenler hem de öğrenciler açısından önemli olduğu saptanmıştır. Bununla birlikte mevut olan EBA platformuna yenilikçi teknolojinin eklenmesinde öğrenci ve öğretmenler tarafından faydalı bulunmuştur.

Many innovations and the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education have increased with the rise of technology in the 21st century. Today, thanks to information and communication technologies, it has become easier to access information than in the past. With the Covid-19 pandemic, distance education has been started in many parts of the world, including Turkey. The education process has been moved to the distance education process. The first distance education in Turkey was started in 1956 by Ankara University Bank Commercial Law Research Institute. Turkey started distance education with the Fatih Project, the EBA platform for primary, secondary and high school students during the Covid-19 epidemic. In universities, this process is similar to the university's own educational platforms and Zoom, Microsoft Teams. supported by applications. In this study, it is aimed to examine educational technologies in the public sector from Fatih to EBA, to take the opinions of students and teachers, to understand the importance of using e-content, to understand the effects of innovative technology on the existing EBA platform and to offer solutions. Mixed methods were used in the research. Since it is qualitative categorical data, Chi-square test was applied and enriched with descriptive analysis. Finally, using the collected data, contextual inferences were made for the SWOT analysis. According to the findings obtained from the survey results, students rather than teachers use the EBA platform more actively in the distance education process. EBA registration processes do not have any problems in student-teacher communication in both groups. In accordance with the purpose of the study, it has been determined that EBA is an effective platform in the distance education process and the use of e-content in education is important for both teachers and students. However, it was found useful by students and teachers in adding innovative technology to the existing EBA platform.
