Özet
Serebral Palsi (SP), çocukluk çağında en sık görülen ve ilerleyici olmayan beyin hasarı ile çeşitli motor disfonksiyonların görüldüğü bir durumdur. Bu disfonksiyonların tedavisi veya önlenmesi için özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon hizmetlerine başvurulur. Çalışmamızın amacı; ebeveynlerin SP'li çocuğa sahip olmaları ile ilgili etkilenimlerinin değerlendirilmesi ve özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezinden aldıkları bireysel bedensel eğitim memnuniyetini incelemektir. Ebeveynlerin aile etkilenimini değerlendirmek için Aile Etki Ölçeği (AEÖ), yaşam kalitelerini değerlendirmek için Dünya Sağlık Örgütü Yaşam Kalitesi-Kısa Form (WHOQoL-BREF), uyku kalitelerini değerlendirmek için Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi İndeksi (PUKİ) ve bireysel bedensel eğitim memnuniyetlerini değerlendirmek için Pediatrik Yaşam Kalitesi Sağlık Bakımı Ebeveyn Memnuniyet Ölçeği (PedsQL) kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmaya 55 ebeveyn dahil edilmiş olup, değerlendirmeler için belirlenen anketler uygulanmıştır. Memnuniyet düzeyine göre belirlenen 10 kişi ile memnuniyeti etkileyen faktörleri detaylandırmak için bireysel görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Uygulanan değerlendirmelerin ve yapılan görüşmelerin neticesinde; çocuğun KMFSS seviyesi ile AEÖ arasında anlamlı ilişki olmadığı (p=0,106) ancak WHOQoL-BREF ile negatif (p=0,028), PUKİ ile pozitif (p=0,002) anlamlı korelasyon olduğu görülmüştür. WHOQoL-BREF ile PUKİ arasında anlamlı negatif (p=0,011), AEÖ arasında da anlamlı negatif (p=0,000) korelasyon görülmüştür. PedsQL ile uygulanan ölçekler arasında anlamlı ilişki görülmemiştir. Yapılan bireysel görüşmelerin sonucunda memnuniyeti etkileyen faktörler arasında fizyoterapistin istekli ve yetkin olması ve haftalık seans sayılarının etkin olduğu görülmüştür.

Cerebral Palsy (CP) is the most common childhood condition with non-progressive brain damage and various motor dysfunctions. Special education and rehabilitation services are applied for the treatment or prevention of these dysfunctions. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects on parents about having a child with CP and to examine the individual physical education satisfaction they receive from the special education and rehabilitation center. The Impact on Family Scale (IoFS) to assess parents' family influence, the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Short Form (WHOQoL-BREF) to assess their quality of life, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to assess their sleep quality, and the Pediatric Quality of Life Healthcare Parental Satisfaction (PedsQL) to assess individual physical education satisfaction was used. In this context, 55 parents were included in the study and the surveys applied for the evaluation and analysis. Interviews were held with 10 people chosen according to their satisfaction level to more detailed evaluation of the factors affecting satisfaction. As a result of the applied evaluations and interviews; There was no significant correlation between the child's GMFCS level and IoFS (p=0.106), but there was a negative correlation with WHOQoL-BREF (p=0.028), and a positive correlation with PSQI (p=0.002). There was a significant negative (p=0.011) correlation between WHOQoL-BREF and PSQI, and a significant negative (p=0.000) correlation between IoFS. There was no significant relationship between PedsQL and applied scales. As a result of the individual interviews, it was seen that the physiotherapist's willingness and competence and the number of weekly sessions were effective among the factors affecting satisfaction.
