136 ABSTRACT Aksu, Sevilay, Platons Effects on te Etlc of Islam, M.A.Supervisied by Prof.Dr. Hayrani ALTINTAŞ, pagef 144. Plato is aphilosopher having deep impacts in philosophy history. The first reasan making him this much importnt, is the fact that he established a system of thinking which mutually camletes each other in every aspects. According to Plato, there are two universes. The most iportent one is the abtract universe of ideas. Material world we see cansists of a copy of the universe of ideas. Spirit of human being born, bears knowledge of good and rihgt thing of every kind. As long as he lives, he remembers such knowledge and start increasingly missing that universe. Human being intends to sescue himself from everykind of evil and bad things and material abstacles and raise his soul to the sky and to unify knowledge of the ideas. However, in order to achieve all of these, it is necessary to educate human being, to from a regime where survives great valves and whose administrator is a competent, philosopher. Farabi, Ibn Sina, Ibn Miseveyh who are leading philosophers of the Islamic philosophy followed Plato in the issues such as rise of the spirit by purification, sociality needs of the human being and state etc. Farabi and Ibn Sina followed a route based on philosophe grounds but not on sense of pratical life. Although they adopted definitions o the ethic concepts and sections, they never put aside their religious cencerns and Islamic belef they belonged to. While they are evaluating137 religious concerns and Islamic belef they belonged to. While they are evaluating virtue and infemy, they also utilize, patient, thaks giving, accoptence etc Which are values of Koran. Especially Ibn Miskeveyh used ideas of Plato and Aristotle, he assumed the ethics resulted from the religion and ths based them andata from Koran and Khadis.
