Özet
Bu araştırma ülkemizde 2018 yılında uygulamaya konulan Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı ve bu program gözetilerek hazırlanan Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitaplarında göç olgusunu incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılarak dizayn edilmiştir. 2018 Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı ve Sosyal Bilgiler ders kitapları veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmış ve göç olgusuna yönelik veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada içerik analizi kullanılmış, bahse konu öğretim programı ve ders kitapları içerik analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. İçerik analizinin uygulanması birkaç aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, araştırmada öncelikle verilerin kodlanarak serbest kod listelerinin, kategorilerin oluşturulması ve atanması; yönelimli kodlamayla kodların ve kategorilerin ilintilenmesi ve son olarak bağlantılar kurularak bulguların dönüşümü aşamaları gerçekleştirilerek elde edilen bulgular tablolar eşliğinde sunulmuştur. Sosyal Bilgiler Öğretim Programı'nda göç olgusu ile ilgili 5. sınıf ve 6. sınıf düzeylerinde herhangi bir kazanımın yer almadığı, 2 öğrenme alanı ve 2 kazanımın da 7. sınıf düzeyiyle sınırlı kaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ders kitaplarında ise göç olgusunun 5. ve 6. sınıf düzeylerinde sınırlı bir şekilde yer aldığı, 7. sınıf düzeyinde ise diğer sınıf düzeylerine oranla biraz daha kapsamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Her ne kadar göç olgusu ders kitaplarında sınırlı düzeyde yer alsa da göç ile ilgili bütün kavramlara ve literatürde yer alan bütün göç türlerine yer verilmediği, göçün uluslararası boyutunun yeterince ele alınmadığı görülmüştür. Araştırma bulgu ve sonuçları dikkate alınarak program geliştirme çalışma gruplarına, ders kitapları hazırlayan yazarlara, öğretmenlere ve göç olgusunu çalışacak araştırmacılara yönelik birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

This research was carried out in order to examine the phenomenon of migration in the Social Studies Curriculum put into practice in our country in 2018 and the Social Studies textbooks prepared with this program in mind. The research was designed using the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. The 2018 Social Studies Curriculum and Social Studies textbooks were used as a data collection tool and data on the phenomenon of migration were obtained. Content analysis was used in the research, the curriculum and textbooks in question were examined by content analysis method. The implementation of content analysis was carried out in several stages. In this context, free code lists and categories are created and assigned by coding the data in the research; With oriented coding, codes and categories were associated and connections were established, and the findings obtained by performing the transformation stages of the findings were presented in the accompaniment of tables. In the Social Studies Curriculum, it has been determined that there are no acquisitions related to the phenomenon of migration at the 5th and 6th grade levels, and 2 learning areas and 2 acquisitions are limited to the 7th grade level. In the textbooks, it has been determined that the phenomenon of migration takes place in a limited way at the 5th and 6th grade levels, and it is a little more comprehensive at the 7th grade level compared to the other grade levels. Although the phenomenon of migration is included in the textbooks at a limited level, it has been observed that all concepts related to migration and all types of migration in the literature are not included, and the international dimension of migration is not adequately addressed. Considering the research findings and results, some suggestions were made for curriculum development working groups, authors who prepare textbooks, teachers and researchers who will study the phenomenon of migration.
