Özet
Bu araştırma, gebelikte birincil baş ağrısı görülme oranını belirlemeyi ve baş ağrısının kadınların yaşam kalitesine etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Veri toplama Muğla Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi ve Yatağan Devlet Hastanesi kadın doğum polikliniklerine başvuran, gönüllü sağlıklı 362 gebe ile yüz yüze görüşme şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma; Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve SF-36 Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Veri toplama 30 Temmuz 2022-30 Mart 2023 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 21.00 programı kullanılarak istatiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
This research aimed to determine the primary headache incidence rate during pregnancy and to examine the effect of headache on women's quality of life. Data collection was carried out in the form of face-to-face interviews with 362 healthy voluntary pregnant women who applied to the obstetric clinics of Muğla Training and Research Hospital, Yatağan State Hospital. The study was conducted using the Introductory Information Form, SF-36 Quality of Life Scale. Data collection was carried out between July 30, 2022 and March 30, 2023. The data were evaluated statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 21.00 program. Descriptive statistical methods, Kolmogorov Smirnov, Kruskal Wallis tests were applied in the evaluation of the data. The statistical significance value was accepted as p<0.05 in the test analyses. In our study, the incidence rate of primary headache during pregnancy was found to be 57.5. In our study, the sub-dimension score averages of the scale related to the quality of life of pregnant women; Physical Function 75.01±15.76, Physical Role Difficulty 23.13±27.81, Emotional Role Difficulty 36.92±33.50, Energy/Vitality/Vitality 46.97±18.85, Mental Health 62.61±18.60, Social Functioning 83.52±22.46, Pain 77.67±24.29 and General Health 71.24±16.80 as it has been found. In our study, a significant difference was found between the condition of experiencing headaches during pregnancy and the sub-dimensions of Physical Function, Energy/Vitality/Vitality, Social Functionality, Pain and General Health. Dec. In our study, it was found that there was a very weak, positively significant relationship between the Physical Function, Energy/Vitality/Vitality and Mental Health sub-dimensions in the sub-dimensions of the SF-36 scale in the presence of headache during pregnancy and the significance level of p<0.05. In this study, it was found that headache during pregnancy reduces the quality of life of women. In order for expectant mothers to have a healthy pregnancy process, the presence of headaches during pregnancy should definitely be questioned, and a maintenance protocol for headaches during pregnancy should be developed.
