Özet
Niyâzî Mısrî, Osmanlı Devleti'nde idarî ve askerî yapının bozulduğu, buna bağlı olarak bazı siyasi ve ekonomik sorunların yaşandığı bir dönemde yaşadı. Doğduğu şehir olan Malatya'da ilmî tahsiline başladı. İlmî derinliğini artırmak için Anadolu'nun pek çok şehrine gitti ve Mısır'da eğitim gördü. Osmanlı coğrafyasında geniş bir alana yayılan tarikatlerden biri olan Halvetî tarikatına intisap etti. Söz konusu yüzyılda, sûfiler ve vaizler sınıfının kutuplaşması sonucu yaşanan dini ve fikrî çatışmaların ana aktörlerinden biri oldu. Halvetî tarikatının Mısrîyye kolunun kurucusu olarak tanınmış olan Mısrî, şair ve mutasavvıf yönüyle bilinmesine rağmen müfessir yönü hakkında çok az şey bilinmektedir. O her ne kadar Kur'an'ın tamamını ihtiva eden bir tefsire sahip değilse de bazı sûreleri konu alan tasavvufî tefsir denemeleri denebilecek müstakil eserler ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca eserlerinde dağınık hâlde bulunan işârî yorumlara da rastlanmaktadır. Bu çerçevede bahse konu işârî yorumları, muhteva ve yöntem açısından incelenmiştir. Mısrî'nin, âyetleri yorumlarken kullandığı yöntem ile başvurduğu kaynaklar tespit edilmiş, konunun somutlaşması amacıyla örnekler sunulmuştur. Giriş bölümünde, literatür taraması yapılmış; müellifin yaşadığı dönemde Osmanlı Devleti'nin siyasi, ilmî, ekonomik durumuna işaret edilerek yine aynı zaman diliminde kutuplaşan bazı dini gruplar arasında yaşanan sorunlara işaret edilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Mısrî'nin hayatı, kişiliği, tasavvuf yolculuğu, yaşadığı sürgünler ve eserleri konu edilmiş; tasavvufî görüşleri ana hatlarıyla ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde işârî tefsir ve tasavvuf konusu ele alınmış, buna bağlı olarak temel kavramlar genel hatlarıyla verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Mısrî'nin muhtelif eserlerinde bulunan Kur'an yorumu, ihtiva ve yöntem açısından detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede Mısrî'nin Kur'an'ı yorumlama yönteminin zâhir-bâtın dualitesi üzerinde kurulduğu düşünülmektedir.

Niyâzî Mısrî lived in the last ages of Ottoman state that was in a cosinderable recession regarding political, administrative and military structures resulting in economic difficulties and deteriotating educational system. He started his scientific education in Malatya, the city where he was born. Afterwards, he visited many cities in Anatolia and attended educational programmes in Egypt to enhence his knowledge. He was a member of the Halvetî sect, a division of Sufism that spread over a wide area after the establishment of the Ottoman Empire. In that century, he became one of the main actors of the religious and intellectual conflicts that occurred as a result of the polarization of the Sufis and preachers class. Although Mısrî is well known poet and a sufi as one of the most distinctive representatives of the Mısrîyye branch of the Halvetî sect, very little is known about his tafseer works. He has had independent works about the characteristics of ishari/Sufi tafseer on several suras rather than an entire tafseer. In this context, the mentioned ishari interpretations were examined in terms of content and method in the current study. We aimed to reveal the of method Mısrî and the resources he used while interpreting the verses. We elaborate the Mufassir‟s interpretation of the Quran regarding aforementioned aspects and presented examples to concretize the subject. The introduction section presents literature review and the resources that he applied. Accordingly, under the title of A Panoramic Perspective on the Ottoman Period, the political, scientific and economic situation of the period is higlighted, and the conflicts between the polarizing religious movements of the period are discussed. Also, Mısrî's life, personality, sufism journey, exiles and his works are discussed. In the second chapter, the subject of ishari tafsir and Sufism is discussed and accordingly the basic concepts are given in general terms. In the third chapter, our main subject, the interpretation of the Quran in Mısrî's various works, was examined in detail in terms of content and method. In this context, it is thought that Mısrî's method of interpreting the Quran is based on the duality of zâhirbât.
