Özet
15 Mart 2011'de başlayan Suriye iç savaşı neticesinde Türkiye komşu ülkeden yoğun göç almıştır. Göç İdaresi verilerine göre gelen sığınmacıların çoğunluğu çocuklardan oluşmaktadır. Bu çocukların eğitim öğretime kesintisiz devam edebilmesi için Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından Avrupa ortaklı birtakım projeler hayata geçirmiştir ancak 2019 yılında Çin'in Wuhan kentinden dünyaya yayılan COVID-19 salgını her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim alanında da yeni sorunları beraberinde getirmiştir. Söz konusu salgın nedeniyle eğitimin bütün kademelerinde uzaktan eğitime geçiş zorunluluğu doğmuştur. Türk Eğitim Sisteminde Çocuklar İçin Kapsayıcı Eğitimin Desteklenmesi Projesi (PIKTES) kapsamında yürütülen derslerde de uzaktan eğitime geçiş yaşanmıştır. Bu çalışma 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim döneminde uzaktan eğitimle ders gören ve 2021-2022 yılında yüz yüze eğitime başlayan PIKTES kapsamında, uyum sınıflarında öğrenim görmekte olan 15 yabancı uyruklu öğrenicinin ve 4 öğreticinin uzaktan eğitim yoluyla işlenen derslere yönelik görüşlerinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Nitel modeldeki çalışmada veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme form yoluyla toplanmıştır ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, dil engeli, cihaz ve alt yapı yetersizliği nedeniyle hem öğreticilerin hem öğrenicilerin sorun yaşadığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi alanındaki araştırmacılara, öğretim programı ve ders kitabı hazırlayıcılara, hibrit eğitim, uzaktan eğitimle ders durumlarında eğitimcilere ve alan araştırmacılarına katkı sunacağı düşünülmektedir.

As a result of the Syrian civil war that started on March 15, 2011, Turkey received intensive migration from the neighboring country. According to the Migration Management, the majority of the arriving asylum seekers are children. In order for these children to continue their education without interruption, the Ministry of National Education has implemented a number of projects with European partners, but the COVID-19 outbreak, which spread from Wuhan, China to the world in 2019, has brought new problems in the field of education as in every field. Due to the aforementioned epidemic, it has been necessary to switch to distance education at all levels of education. There has also been a transition to distance education in the courses carried out within the scope of the Project on Supporting Inclusive Education for Children in the Turkish Education System (PIKTES). This study is the 2020-2021 education Within the scope of PIKTES, which took courses with distance education in the academic year and started face-to-face education in 2021-2022, it was aimed to reveal the opinions of 15 foreign students and 4 instructors who are studying in integration classes about the courses processed through distance education. In the study in the qualitative model, the data were collected through a semi-structured interview form and analyzed using the content analysis method. As a result of the research, it was found that both instructors and learners had problems due to language barrier, lack of devices and infrastructure. It is thought that the research will contribute to researchers in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language, curriculum and textbook preparers, educators and field researchers in course situations with hybrid education, distance education.
