ÖZET TOKAT İLİ ERBAA OVASI TARIM İŞLETMELERİNİN EKONOMİK ANALİZİ VE PLANLAMASI Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Tarım Ekonomisi Anabilim Dalı Yüksek Lisans Tezi 1999, 132 Sayfa Danışman : Yrd.Doç.Dr. Yaşar AKÇAY Jüri : Prof.Dr. Kemal ESENGÜN Jüri : Doç.Dr. Adnan ÇİÇEK Jüri : Yrd.Doç.Dr. Yaşar AKÇAY Tokat ili Erbaa ovası tarım işletmelerinin sosyo-ekonomik özelliklerinin Saptanması ve işletme faaliyet sonuçlarının analizi sonucunda mevcut üretim kaynaklarının daha etkin değerlendirilmesini sağlayacak optimum işletme planlarının oluşturulması bu çalışmanın en önemli amaçlarıdır. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda çalışma Neyman yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenen 114 tarım işletmesinin 1998- 1999 üretim dönemine ait işletme sonuçlan doğrultusunda anket yöntemi ile toplanan materyal çalışmanın esas verilerini oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada ürünler itibariyle Brüt Marj analizi yapılmıştır. Bölgede en yüksek Brüt Marja sahip ürünler bağ (96 437 Bin TL/da), şeker pancarı (87 598 Bin TL/da), domates (78 130 Bin TL/da) ve tütündür (76 801 Bin TL/da). İncelenen işletmelerde Brüt Hasıla l.grup işletmelerde 1 383 852 Bin TL, 2. grup işletmelerde 2 674 692 Bin TL ve 3.grup işletmelerde 6 011 466 Bin TL'dir. Net Hasıla l.grup işletmelerde 94 234 Bin TL, 2.grup işletmelerde 994 816 Bin TL ve 3. grup işletmelerde 2 993 087 Bin TL'dir. Tarımsal Gelir l.grup işletmelerde 854 458 Bin TL, 2.grup işletmelerde 1 698 749 Bin TL ve 3.grup işletmelerde 3 767 566 Bin TL'dir. Toplam Aile Geliri l.grup işletmelerde 1 211 334 Bin TL, 2.grup işletmelerde 1 932 595 Bin TL ve 3.grup işletmelerde 3 995 066 Bin TL'dir. İşletmenin optimum ürün bileşiminin hesaplanmasında doğrusal programlama yöntemi kullanılmış ve planlama sonucunda eldeki mevcut kaynakların daha etkin kullanılması yoluyla sadece işletme organizasyonları değiştirilerek l.grup işletmelerde %31.48, 2.grup işletmelerde %43.17 ve 3.grup işletmelerde %52.32 brüt marj artışı sağlanmıştır. Data belong to the production period of 1998-1999. In the study Gross-Margin analysis was made for the crops. The highest gross margin belong to grape (96 437 thousand TL/da), sugar beat (87 598 thousand TL/da), tomato (78 130 thousand TL/da) and tobacco (76 801 thousand TL/da) in the region. Gross-Margin is TL 1 383 852 thousand in the first group farms, TL 2 674 692 thousand in second group farms, and TL 6 01 1 466 thousand in the third group farms. Net profit is TL 94 234 thousand, TL 994 816 thousand and TL 2 993 087 thousand, in the first group farms, in the second group farms, and in the third group farms, respectively. Farm income is TL 854 458 thousand in the first group farms, TL 1 698 749 thousand in the second group farms, and TL 3 767 556 thousand in the third group farms. Total family income is TL 1 211 334 thousand, TL 1 932 595 thousand, and TL 3 995 066 thousand, in the first group farms, in the second group farms, and in the third group farms, respectively. In the calculation of optimum product combination the method of linear programming has been used and at the consequency of planning, by means of using present resources more efficiently, with change only farm organisations, increase in the gross- margin 31.48 % in the first group, 43.17 % in the second group and 52.32 % in the third group increase in the gross margin have been achived.
