Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, işletmelerin çevresel yeni ürün geliştirme süreçlerinde önemli rol oynayan faktörlerin ve yeşil inovasyon uygulamalarının performans üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Belirlenen amaç doğrultusunda; çevresel yeni ürün geliştirme sürecine yönelik etkin faktörlerin ve yeşil inovasyonun pazar ve çevre performansı üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Anket çalışması; Bursa, İstanbul ve Kocaeli inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmeler içinde ISO 14001 belgesine sahip 404 çevre dostu işletmeye yapılmıştır. Geliştirilen hipotezler regresyon analizi ile test edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; çevresel ürün politikası dışındaki çevresel yönetim faktörleri, fonksiyonlar arası faktörler, teknik faktörler ve yeşil inovasyonun çevre performansını etkilediği tespit edilmiş ve çevresel yönetim faktörleri, fonksiyonlar arası faktörler, teknik faktörler ve yeşil inovasyonun pazar performansını etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of green innovation practices on performance and the factors that play an important role in the environmental new product development processes of enterprises. In line with the determined purpose; In this study, the effect of effective factors on environmental new product development process and green innovation on market and environmental performance was investigated. Survey work; Among the enterprises operating in the construction sector in Bursa, Istanbul and Kocaeli, 404 environmentally friendly enterprises with ISO 14001 certificate were made. Developed hypotheses were tested with regression analysis. In conclusion; It has been determined that environmental management factors other than environmental product policy, inter-functional factors, technical factors and green innovation affect environmental performance, and it has been concluded that environmental management factors, inter-functional factors, technical factors and green innovation affect market performance.
