Özet
ÖZET Dünyadaki yoğun rekabet nedeniyle pek çok firma ayakta kalabilmek için sürekli değişim ve gelişim yapmaktadırlar. Bu gelişmelerden biri de TS-EN-ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistem Standartlarının uygulamasıdır. Bu çalışmada TS-EN-ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistem Standartları araştırılmıştır ve bu standardın bir tekstil işletmesinde bilgisayar destekli uygulanması incelenmiştir. Bu programın standarda uygunluğu araştırılmıştır.

ABSTRACT Nowaday, Most of the companies have to adopt new systems and improve their systems due to havy competition conditions in the world. One of these new systems is TS-EN- ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System Standarts. Therefore they have to accept and adopt this new system into their programme. In this work, TS-EN- ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System Standarts have been investigated and adoptation of this system into a Textile company with the help of a computer programme.
