Özet
Hadislerin sıhhatini tespit problemi, geçmişten günümüze ulemânın ilgisini çeken bir mesele olmuştur. Nitekim fitne olaylarını takip eden süreç içerisinde kezzâb râviler, Hz. Peygamber'in otoritesini kullanarak tarih sahnesine çıkmışlar ve kendi amaçlarına hizmet edecek hadisler uydurmuşlardır. Bu araştırma İslâm'ın doğru bir şekilde anlaşılıp aktarılması önündeki ciddi engellerden olan mevzû rivayetlerin uydurulma sebeplerini konu edinmektedir. Çalışmada öncelikle klasik hadis usûlü eserlerinde yer verilen uydurma sebepleri tespit edilerek bunların mevzûât literatürüne yansımalarının ortaya konması hedeflenmiştir. Aynı zamanda, mevzû addedilen rivayetlerin sened ve metinlerinin sunduğu verilerden hareketle, hadislerin uydurulma sebeplerini tespitte kullanılabilecek bazı karîneler de belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, mevzû hadisin tanımı, tarihçesi, hadis uydurma sebeplerine yer vermeleri bağlamında mevzûât literatürü ile kaynakları, sebepleri tespitte kullanılacak karîneler ve son olarak hadis uydurma sebepleri çalışma kapsamında ele alınan konulardır. Bu çalışma, ortaya çıktığı andan bu yana etkilerini sürdürmekte olan mevzû hadisleri tarihî analiz ve güncel yorum süzgecinden geçirerek bir sebeple ilişkilendirmeyi hedeflemiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre uydurulma sebeplerinin, klasik hadis usûlü eserlerinde zikredilen maddeleri kapsayan ve aynı zamanda onları yansıtan sistematik bir tasnifle sunulabileceği, örneklerin zenginleştirilebileceği ve ana sebeplerin bazı yeni maddelerle ilişkilendirilebileceği görülmüştür.

The issue of determining the authenticity of hadiths has been a matter that attracting scholars' attention from past to present. In fact, in the period following the events of fitnah, the liar narrators had appeared on the stage of history through The Prophet Muhammad's authority and fabricated hadiths to serve their own purposes. This study deals with fabricated reasons of mawdu narrations, which is one of the serios obstacles to the correct understanding and narrating of Islam religion. For that purpose, first, it is aimed to determine the fabricated reasons in classical books of usûl'ul-hadith and to reveal their reflections on the mawdu'at literature. Based on the provided data by the sanads and texts of the narrations, it is also stated some presumptions that could be used to determine the reasons of fabricated hadiths. In addition, the examined topics in the study are mawdu hadith's definition and its history, mawdu'at literature and its references in the context of involving the reasons for fabricating hadith, qarinah in determining reasons and reasons for fabricating hadiths. This study aims to associate fabricated hadiths with a reason by filtering historically analyse and current interpretation that those have been influential since they emerged. According to the findings in the research, it has been concluded that the reasons for fabrication are able to be presented with a systematically classification that includes and reflects the reasons mentioned in the classical books of usûl'ul-hadith. Besides, in the study, it was concluded that the samples could be enriched, and the main causes could be associated with some new reasons.
