Özet
Bu çalışma, bis-Schiff bazlarından yeni bis-1,3-oksazepinlerin sentezini ve onların spektroskopik analizlerle molekül yapılarının belirlenmesini içermektedir. Çalışmanın ilk kısmında 21 adet bis-Schiff bazı, aromatik bis-diaminlerin (4,4'-diaminodifenileter 95, 4,4'-diaminobibenzil 109 ve 4,4'-diaminodifenilsülfon 117), aromatik aldehitlerle (benzaldehit 51, salisil aldehit 97, 4-(dietilamino)salisilaldehit 99, 5-bromovanilin 101, 4-benziloksibenzaldehit 103, 2-tiyofenkarbaldehit 105 ve 5-metiltiyofenkarbaldehit 107) kondenzasyon reaksiyonuyla asit katalizörlü ve katalizörsüz ortamda sentezlenmiştir. İkinci kısımda ise sentezlenen bis-Schiff bazlarının, halkalı anhidritlerle (maleik anhidrit, ftalik anhidrit ve süksinik anhidrit) [2+5] siklokatılma reaksiyonuyla 44 adet bis-1,3-oksazepin (125-169) türevi sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlenen bis-Schiff bazları ve bis-1,3-oksazepinlerin molekül yapıları FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spektroskopik analizleriyle aydınlatılmıştır.

This study includes the synthesis of new bis-1,3-oxazepines from bis-Schiff bases and the determination of their molecular structures by spectroscopic analysis. In the first part of the study, 21 bis-Schiff bases were synthesized by the condensation reaction of aromatic bis-diamines (4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether 95, 4,4'-diaminobibenzyl 109 and 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone 117) with aromatic aldehydes (benzaldehyde 51, salicylaldehyde 97, 4-(diethylamino)salicylaldehyde 99, 5-bromovanillin 107, 4-benzyloxy benzaldehyde 103, 2-thiophencarbaldehyde 105 and 5-methylthiophenecarbaldehyde 107) in an acid-catalyzed and catalyst-free environment. In the second part, 44 new bis-1,3-oxazepine derivatives (125-169) have been synthesized by [2+5] cycloaddition reaction of bis-Schiff bases with cyclic anhydrides. The molecular structures of the bis-Schiff bases and bis-1,3-oxazepines were characterized by using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic analysis.
