Özet
Turizm sektöründe çalışan göçmen iş gücü, sektörün önemli bir kısmını oluşturmaktadır. Sektörün rekabet gücünü artıran göçmen işçiler, düşük maliyetli hizmet sağlamakta ve bu durum, Türkiye'nin turizm sektörünün diğer ülkelerle rekabet edebilmesini kolaylaştırmaktadır. Turizm sektöründeki göçmen işçilerin rolü, sorunları ve çözüm önerilerini ele alan bu araştırma, işgücü piyasasındaki göçmen işgücü dinamiklerinin anlaşılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Göçmen işçilerin karşılaştığı sosyal, sağlık ve ekonomik sorunlarını belirleyerek, hem göçmen işçi hem de işveren bakış açısından sorunlara yönelik etkili çözümler geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Türkiye'nin önde gelen turizm merkezlerinden biri olarak kabul edilen Bodrum'da, turizm sektöründe çalışan ulaşılabilen 52 göçmen işçi ve 31 işveren örneklemi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ankette elde edilen veriler, sorunların ve çözüm önerilerinin ağırlıkları belirlenerek istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgulara göre, hem göçmen işçi hem de işveren açısından turizm sektöründe göçmen işçilerin nitelikli ve uygun maliyetli emek olarak değerlendirildiği belirlenmiştir. Sektördeki önemli sorunlardan biri olarak görülen göçmen işçi sayısının fazlalığı işveren katılımcılar tarafından da doğrulanırken aynı zamanda göçmen işçi çalıştırmanın yerli işçi istihdamına engel olmadığını belirtmişlerdir. Bununla birlikte işçi katılımcılar ve işveren katılımcıların arasındaki bakış açılarında farklılık olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.

Migrant labour force working in the tourism sector constitutes an important part of the sector. Increasing the competitiveness of the sector, migrant workers provide low-cost services, which facilitates Turkey's tourism sector to compete with other countries. This research, which deals with the role of migrant workers in the tourism sector, their problems and solutions, aims to understand the dynamics of migrant labour in the labour market. By identifying the social, health and economic problems faced by migrant workers, it aims to develop effective solutions to the problems from the perspective of both migrant workers and employers. In Bodrum, which is considered one of the leading tourism centers of Turkey, the sample consists of 52 migrant workers and 31 employers who can be reached working in the tourism sector. Content analysis method was used in the survey. The data obtained in the survey were statistically evaluated by determining the weights of the problems and solution suggestions. According to the findings, both migrant workers and employers consider migrant workers as qualified and cost-effective labor in the tourism sector. The high number of migrant workers, which is seen as one of the important problems in the sector, is also confirmed by the employer participants, while at the same time, they stated that employing migrant workers does not prevent the employment of local workers. However, it has been observed that there is a difference in the perspectives of employee participants and employer participants.
