Özet
Birçok medeniyete ev sahipliği ve başkentlik yapmış İstanbul'da, çok sayıda tarihi eser bulunmaktadır. Bu eserlerin çoğu Fatih, Eyüpsultan, Üsküdar, Kadıköy ve Beyoğlu gibi semtlerdedir. Beyoğlu ilçesinin sahil şeridinde bulunan“Tophane”semtinde, Fatih Sultan Mehmed'in fetihten sonra top dökümhaneleri inşa ettirmesiyle birçok tarihi eser yapılmıştır; semt günümüzde de aynı isimle anılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Tophane semtinde yer alan Dayazâde Yusuf Efendi Cami ve Çavuşbaşı Hamamı olarak da bilinen Tophane Hamamı'nın korunması ele alınmıştır. Cami, Dayazâde veya Dizbariye Yusuf Efendi Cami olarak da bilinir ve Tophane Hamamı ile birlikte 57 ada 2 parselde yer almaktadır. Yapıların inşa tarihi ve mimarı bilinmemektedir. Günümüzde harabe durumunda olan bu iki yapı, İstanbul 1 Numaralı Kültür ve Tabiat Varlıklarını Koruma Kurulu tarafından tescillenmiş ve 23.02.2000 tarihli ve 11668 sayılı kararla koruma grubu I olarak belirlenmiştir. Yapılarla ilgili önceden çeşitli proje ve çalışmalar yapılmış olsa da günümüzde harap halini korumakta ve günden güne hasar ve bozulmalar artmaktadır. Bu tez kapsamında, yapıların güncel durumu 3B lazer tarama yöntemiyle belgelenmiş ve elde edilen verilerle yapı grubunun güncel ve hassas rölöveleri hazırlanmıştır. Rölöve çizimleri hazırlandıktan sonra yapılardaki malzeme ve taşıyıcılara dair sorunlar ve hasarlar analiz edilmiş, bu hasarlar sebep ve türlerine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Ardından cami ve hamama ait bilgi ve belgelere ulaşmak amacıyla arşiv taraması yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmaların sonucunda elde edilen bilgi ve belgeler, rölöve çalışmasından elde edilen verilerle birleştirilerek yapıların restitüsyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Son olarak her iki binanın korunarak günümüz koşullarına uygun şekilde yeniden işlevlendirilmesi ve sürdürülebilmesi için öneri restorasyon projesi hazırlanmıştır.

There are many historical monuments in Istanbul, which has been home and capital to many civilizations. Most of these works are in districts such as Fatih, Eyüpsultan, Üsküdar, Kadıköy and Beyoğlu. Many historical works were built in the“Tophane”district, located on the coastline of Beyoğlu district, when Fatih Sultan Mehmed built cannon foundries after the conquest; The district is still called by the same name today. In this study, the conservation of Dayazâde Yusuf Efendi Mosque and Tophane Bath, also known as Çavuşbaşı Bath, located in the Tophane district, was discussed. The mosque is also known as Dayazâde or Dizbariye Yusuf Efendi Mosque and is located on block 57, plot 2, together with the Tophane Bath. The construction date and architect of the buildings are unknown. These two structures, which are in ruins today, were registered by the Istanbul No. 1 Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board and were designated as conservation group I with the decision dated 23.02.2000 and numbered 11668. Although various projects and studies have been carried out on the buildings in the past, they remain in a dilapidated state today and damage and deterioration are increasing day by day. Within the scope of this thesis, the current status of the buildings was documented with the 3D laser scanning method and updated and precise surveys of the building group were prepared with the data obtained. After the survey drawings were prepared, the problems and damages related to the materials and carriers in the buildings were analyzed and these damages were classified according to their causes and types. Then, an archive search was carried out to obtain information and documents about the mosque and the bath. The information and documents obtained as a result of the research were combined with the data obtained from the survey study and the restitution project of the buildings was prepared. Finally, a proposed restoration project has been prepared to preserve both buildings, re-function them in accordance with today's conditions and maintain them.
