Özet
Giriş:Motivasyon, fizyoterapi senslarının verimliliği için önemli bir parametredir. Uzun süren fizyoterapi sürecinde kronik engelli çocukların fizyoterapi sırasındaki motivasyonları olumsuz olarak etkilenebilmektedir.Literatürde çocuk perspektifinden motivasyonun incelendiği az sayıda çalışma vardır. Amaç:Bu çalışmanın birincil amacı uzun dönem fizyoterapi hizmeti alan bedensel engelli çocukların motivasyonu ile fizyoterapistin iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin incelemesidir. Çalışmanın ikincil amaçları ise fizyoterapistin hasta beklentilerini karşılama becerisi, ailenin rehabilitasyondaki işlevsellik düzeyi, çocuğun bağımsızlık düzeyi gibi değerlendirilen diğer parametrelerin de birbirleriyle ilişkisini incelemektir. Yöntem: Aile, çocuk ve fizyoterapistlerin demografik bilgileri alınacak ve konu ile ilgili bazı soruları cevaplamaları istenecektir. Çocuğa Pediatrik Motivasyon Anketi ve WeeFIM anketi uygulanacaktır. Fizyoterapiste, İş Doyumu Ölçeği ve Hasta Beklentilerini Yönetebilme Becerisi Ölçeği uygulanacaktır. Ailenin rehabilitasyondaki işlevselliği Aile işlevselliği Ölçeği ile değerlendirilecektir. Sonuç: Çalışma sonunda kronik engelli çocukların fizyoterapi motivasyon düzeylerine etki eden faktörlerin daha iyi anlaşılacağı, bu sürecin aile,çocuk ve fizyoterapist gözünden incelenmesiyle motivasyonu artıracak yaklaşımlar konusunda fikir verici olması beklenmektedir.

Introduction: Motivation is an important parameter for the efficiency of physiotherapy sensors. In the long-lasting physiotherapy process, the motivations of children with chronic disabilities during physiotherapy can be negatively affected. Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the motivation of physically handicapped children receiving long-term physiotherapy services and the job satisfaction of the physiotherapist. The secondary aims of the study were to examine the relationship between the physiotherapist's ability to meet patient expectations, the level of functioning of the family in rehabilitation, the level of independence of the child and the other parameters evaluated. Method: Demographic information of family, child and physiotherapists will be taken and they will be asked to answer some questions. The Pediatric Motivation Questionnaire and the WeeFIM questionnaire will be applied to the child. The Job Satisfaction Scale and the Ability to Manage Patient Expectations Scale will be applied to the Physiotherapist. The functionality of the family in rehabilitation will be evaluated with the Family functionality Scale. Conclusion: At the end of the study, it is expected that the factors affecting the physiotherapy motivation levels of children with chronic disabilities will be better understood and this process will be informative about the approaches that will increase the motivation by examining the family, children and physiotherapist eyes.
