Özet
Bu tez beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, tezin diğer bölümlerinde gerekli olan cebirsel özelliklerden regülerlik, -regüler ve güçlü -ters özelliklerinin tanımları verilmiştir. Bu özellikler yarı grupların en çok çalışılan sınıflarını oluşturmaktadır. Özellikle regülerlik yapısı yarı grup teorisinde önemli bir çalışma alanı olan Green bağıntıları ile yakından ilişkilidir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde, cebirin her alanında önemli bir yere sahip olan yarı direkt çarpımı ele alınmıştır. Monoidlerin yarı direkt çarpımının tanımı ve sunuşu verilip, bu yapının regülerliği ve güçlü -ters özelliği incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, cebirde bir diğer önemli çarpım olan monoidlerin çapraz çarpımının tanımı ve sunuşu verilip, bu çarpımın regüler olması için gerek ve yeter koşullar incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, monoidlerin Schützenberger çarpımı ele alınmıştır. Bu çarpımın tanımı ve sunuşu verilmiştir. Daha sonra ise, bu çarpımın regülerliği ve güçlü -ters özelliği incelenmiştir ve bunlarla ilgili sonuçlar sunulmuştur. Son bölümde, önceki bölümlerde elde edilen sonuçların genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

This thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, definitions of regularity, -regular and strongly -inverse properties are given, which are among algebraic properties required in other parts of the thesis. These properties constitute the most studied classes of semigroups. In particular, the regularity structure is closely related to Green's relations, which is an important field of study in semigroup theory. In the second part of the thesis, semi-direct product, which has an important place in every field of algebra, is discussed. The definition and presentation of the semi-direct product of monoids are given, and the regularity and strongly -inverse properties of this structure are examined. In the third chapter, the definition and presentation of the crossed product of monoids, which is another important product in algebra, are given and the necessary and sufficient conditions for this product to be regular are examined. In the fourth chapter, the Schützenberger product of monoids is discussed. The definition and presentation of this product are given. Then, the regularity and strongly -inverse properties of this product were examined and the relevant results were presented. In the last section, a general evaluation of the results obtained in the previous sections is made.
