Özet

Bu araştırma, doğum sonrası dönemde kadınların cinsel yaşam kalitesi ile depresyon, evlilik uyumu ve eş desteği arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı tipte yapılan araştırmanın verileri 01.07.2022-01.07.2023 tarihleri arasında Düzce İli Merkez İlçe 1 No'lu Aile Sağlığı Merkezi'n de toplandı. Araştırmanın evrenini Düzce İli Merkez İlçe de en fazla nüfusa sahip Aile sağlığı merkezine kayıtlı olan ve son bir yıl içinde doğum yapan kadınlar oluşturdu. Araştırmanın örneklemini G*Power 3.1.9.2 programından yararlanılarak hesaplanan ve doğum sonu dördüncü ayda olan 218 kadın oluşturdu. Araştırma verileri, Kişisel Özellikler ve Cinsel Yaşam Öyküsü Bilgi Formu, Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın Formu, Evlilikte Uyum Ölçeği, Eş Destek Ölçeği, Edinburgh Doğum Sonrası Depresyon Ölçeği uygulanarak toplandı. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS 25 paket programı kullanılarak minimum, maksimum, medyan, ortalama, standart sapma, Shapiro Wilk testi Spearman korelasyonundan faydalanıldı. Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği- Kadın puan ortalaması 10,87±16,99 olarak bulundu. Edinburgh Doğum Sonrası Depresyon Ölçeği puan ortalaması 6,79±5,28, Evlilik Uyum Ölçeği puan ortalaması ise 44,76±6,80 olarak bulundu. Eş Desteği Ölçeği puan ortalaması 11,63±3,62, Duygusal Destek puan ortalaması 10,59±3,03, Maddi Yardım ve Bilgi Desteği puan ortalaması 12,79±2,76, Takdir Desteği puan ortalaması 4,02±1,47 ve Sosyal İlgi Desteği ortalaması 39,04±10,53 olarak bulundu. Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın ile Edinburgh Doğum Sonrası Depresyon Ölçeği arasında negatif yönlü, anlamlı ve orta düzeyli bir ilişki olduğu, Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın ile Evlilikte Uyum Ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ve orta düzeyli bir ilişki olduğu, Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın ile Eş Destek Ölçeği arasında negatif yönlü, anlamlı ve düşük düzeyli bir ilişki olduğu, Cinsel Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği-Kadın ile Eş destek Ölçeği alt boyutları olan Duygusal Destek, Maddi Yardım ve Bilgi Desteği, Takdir Desteği ve Sosyal İlgi Desteği arasında negatif yönlü, anlamlı ve orta düzeyde ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between the quality of sexual life of women in the postpartum period and depression, marital adjustment and spousal support. The data of the descriptive study were collected from women who applied to the Family Health Center No. 1 in the Central District of Düzce Province between 01.07.2022-01.07.2023. The population of the study consisted of women who were registered to the Family Health Center (FHC No. 1) with the highest population in the Central District of Düzce Province and who gave birth in the last year. The sample of the study consisted of 218 participants who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the study. The sample size was calculated using the G*Power 3.1.9.2 program. The research data were collected using the Personal Characteristics and Sexual Life History Information Form, Sexual Quality of Life Scale-Female Form, Marital Adjustment Scale, Spousal Support Scale, Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale, which were prepared by the researcher using the literature. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 program. The mean score of the Sexual Quality of Life Scale-Female was found to be 89,13±16,99. The mean of Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale was 6,79±5,28 and the mean of Marital Adjustment Scale was 44,76±6,80. The mean of Spousal Support Scale was 11,63±3,62, the mean of Emotional Support was 10,59±3,03, the mean of Financial Assistance and Information Support was 12,79±2,76, the mean of Appreciation Support was 4,02±1,47 and the mean of Social Interest Support was 39,04±10,53. It was determined that women's quality of sexual life varied inversely with depression and directly with spousal support and marital harmony. There is a negative, significant and moderate relationship between the Sexual Quality of Life Scale-Woman and the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale. There is a positive, significant and moderate relationship between the Sexual Quality of Life Scale-Woman and the Marital Adjustment Scale. -There is a negative, significant and low-level relationship between Women and Spouse Support Scale, there is a negative relationship between Sexual Life Quality Scale-Women and Spouse Support Scale sub-dimensions namely Emotional Support, Financial Aid and Information Support, Appreciation Support and Social Interest Support, It was found that there was a significant and moderate relationship.
