Özet
201 BOLUM VI ÖZET Bu araştırmada, Konya İli Merkez Meram, Selçuklu ve Karatay ilçelerindeki ortaöğretim okullarında okuyan öğrenciler ile bu okullarda görev yapan yöneticiler ve öğretmenlerin P.D.R. hizmetlerine ilişkin değerlendirmeleri ve beklentileri orta ya konmuş ve bu beklentilerin bazı değişkenler açısından farklılık gösterip göster mediği incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Konya il merkezinde bulunan ortaöğretim lise iki ve lise üç öğrencileri ile yöneticiler ve öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini Konya il merkezindeki 8 ortaöğretim okulundan 129 öğrenci ile 27 idareci ve 102 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Grupların ortaöğretim okullarındaki P.D.R. hizmetlerine ilişkin beklentileri ni belirlemek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen,“P.D.R. Hizmetlerinden Beklentiler Anketi”kullanılmıştır. Bu anket hem öğrencilere ve hem de idareci ve öğretmenlere ayrı ayrı uygulanmıştır. Ortaöğretim okullarında okuyan öğrenciler ve eğitimciler için de“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”geliştirilmiştir. Bilgi toplama aracı, reh berlik hizmetlerine ilişkin her türlü faaliyeti içeren 60 maddeden oluşmuştur, her maddeye öğrenciler“çok ihtiyaç var”,“biraz ihtiyaç var”ve“hiç ihtiyaç yok”se çeneklerinden birini işaretleyerek cevap vermişlerdir. İstatistiksel işlemler olarak varyans analizi, t- testi ve betimsel analiz kulla nılmıştır. Araştırmanın Öğrencilerle İlgili Bulguları: 1. Lise türlerine göre öğrencilerin rehberlik servisinden beklenti puanları a- rasında.05 düzeyinde manidar bir farklılık söz konusudur. 2. Öğrenim gördükleri sınıflara göre lise 2. sınıf ve lise 3. sınıf öğrencileri nin aynı beklenti düzeyine sahip oldukları görülmüştür. 3. Öğrenim gördükleri alanlara göre rehberlik servisinden beklenti düzeyi birbirinden önemli ölçüde farklılık göstermektedir.202 4. Okulda rehberlik servisinin olup olmamasına göre, rehberlik hizmetlerine ilişkin öğrenci beklentileri birbirinden manidar düzeyde farklılık göstermektedir. 5. Öğrencilerin yaşadıkları yerleşim yerine göre rehberlik servisinden bek lentileri önemli (manidar)derecede farklılaşmamıştır. 6. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre kız ve erkek öğrencilerin rehberlik servisinden beklentileri birbirine benzemektedir. 7. Yaş gruplarına göre rehberlik servisinden beklenti puanlan birbirinden ö- nemli derecede farklılık göstermektedir. 8. Babalarının mesleklerine göre rehberlik servisinden beklenti düzeyleri ö- nemli derecede birbirinden farklılık göstermektedir. 9. Annelerinin mesleklerine göre öğrencilerin rehberlik servisinden beklen tileri önemli ölçüde farklılaşmaktadır. Araştırmacının Eğitimcilerle İlgili Bulguları: 1. Eğitimcilerin okuldaki görevlerine göre, rehberlik servisinden beklentile rine ilişkin puanlar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark mevcuttur. 2. Branşlarına göre, eğitimcilerin rehberlik hizmetlerinden beklenti puanları arasında istatistiksel açıdan önemli bir fark mevcut değildir. 3. Mezun oldukları kurumlara göre eğitimcilerin beklenti puanları arasında istatistiksel açıdan önemli bir fark mevcuttur. 4. Kıdem değişkenine göre rehberlik servisinden beklenti puanlan istatistik sel olarak önemli derecede birbirinden farklılaşmaktadır.

203 SUMMARY In this research, it is put on the estimates and expections of the students, managers and the teachers who you are in the high schools in Konya city central Meram, Selçuklu and Karatay districts and it is examined if these expections change because of some variables. The central of the research is the managers, teachers and the students who are in second and third grades of high schools in Konya city central. This research has been applied to 129 students, 27 managers and 102 teachers from 8 high schools in Konya city central. In order to determine the expectations of groups about P.D.R. services in their schools,“The expectations from P.D.R. Services Enguiry”is used by the researcher. This enguiry has been applied to both students, teachers and managers seperately. For the students and educators in elementary and high schools,“Personal Information Form”is developed. Information collection device is consist of 60 item that consists of all activities about guidance services. The students answered the form by marking one of the“a lot of need”,“a little need”and“no need”choices. Varians analysis, t-test and descriptive analysis is used as statistical operations. THE FINDINGS OF RESEARCH ABOUT STUDENTS 1) According to the kinds of high schools, there is a difference about.05 between the students expections points from guidance service. 2) According to their grades, it is seen that the second and third grades students of high schools have expectations at same level. 3) According to their fields the expection level from the guidance level has much differences from each other. 4) According to being present the guidance service in their schools, the students expections from the guidance services have differences at significant level.204 5) According to the students living area, their expections from the guidance service have not differences at significant level. 6) According to their sexes, the girl and the boy students expections from the guidance service are similar. 7) According to the age groups, their expectation points from the guidance have a lot differences. 8) According to their fathers' Jobs, their expection levels from the guidance service have a significant difference. 9) According to their mothers' Jobs, the students' expectations from the guidance service have a significant difference. THE RESEARCHER'S FINDINGS ABOUT EDUCATORS 1) According to educators' duties in schools, there is statistical difference between their expectation points from the guidance service. 2) According to their branches, educators' expectation points from the guidance services don't have much difference statistically. 3) According to their graduation schools, there is statistically a significant difference between the educators' expectation points. 4) According to their seniority variety, there is statistically a significant difference between the expectation points from the guidance service.
