Özet
Osmanlı medreselerinde okutulan kitaplardan olmasının etkisiyle Kādî Beyzâvî'nin tefsir metni Envârü't-tenzîl ve esrârü't-te'vîl, asırlar boyu süren bir ilginin odağı olmuştur. Rûḥu'l-beyân müellifi Bursevî de eserin Fâtiha tefsiri kısmına yazdığı taʿlîk ile bu alandaki çalışmalara katkıda bulunmuştur. Çalışmada, müellifin mufassal bir tefsir ile müteaddit Fâtiha tefsirleri yazdığı halde başka bir tefsirin Fâtiha kısmına niçin taʿlîk yazdığı sorusunun cevabı aranmıştır. Taʿlîḳa'sı, Fâtiha tefsiri metnine getirdiği kapsamlı açıklamalar sebebiyle gerek medrese talebeleri gerek metni okutacak hocalar tarafından ilgiyle karşılanmış olmalıdır. Eşʿarî kelamcısı Beyzâvî'nin kimi tasavvufî gönderimleri, fıkhî ve kelâmî izahları karşısında Bursevî'nin müzâkereleri ve tenkidleri eserin kıymetini göstermesi bakımından dikkate değerdir. Eser, âyetlerin anlam dereceleri ile müteallikâtının iki müfessirin Kur'an-ı Kerîm yorumculuğunda hangi düzeyde açığa çıktığını göstermesi bakımından da önemlidir. Bu çalışma, anılan gerekçelerle kitabın tahkikini yaparak, metnin erişimini ve okunuşunu kolaylaştırmayı öncelikli hedef olarak belirlemiştir. Tez giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte yazarın niçin Beyzâvî Tefsiri'nin evâiline taʿlîk yazdığı soruşturulmuştur. Birinci bölümde Taʿlîḳa'sı merkeze alınarak Bursevî'nin klasik tefsirciliği işlenmiştir. İkinci bölümde önce işaret kavramı ve işârî tefsir mülahazalarına panoramik bir bakış yapılmıştır. Bundan sonra Taʿlîḳa'sı odağa alınarak Bursevî'nin işârî tefsirciliği ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Taʿlîḳa'sının müellif hattı nüshasının özelliklerine ve eserin tahkikli metnine yer verilmiştir.

As one of the books taught in Ottoman madrasas, Qāḍī al-Bayḍāwī's tafsīr text Anwār al-Tanzīl wa Esrār al-Taʾwīl has been the focus of centuries-long interest. Bursawī, the author of Rūh al-Bayān, also contributed to the studies in this field with his taʿlīq on the Fātiḥa commentary part of the work. In this study, the answer to the question of why the author wrote a taʿlīq to the Fātiḥa part of another tafsīr when he wrote a comprehensive tafsīr and several Fātiḥa tafsīrs is sought. His taʿlīqāt must have been welcomed with interest by both madrasa students and the teachers who would teach the text because of the comprehensive explanations he brought to the text of al- Bayḍāwī's commentary on al-Fātiḥa. Bursawī's discussions and criticisms of the Ashʿarite theologian al-Bayḍāwī's sufi references, jurisprudential and theological illustrations are noteworthy in terms of showing the value of the work. The work is also important in terms of showing the degree of the meaning of the verses and their connections in the interpretation of the Qurʿān al-Karīm by the two commentators. For the reasons as mentioned earlier, this study has set as its primary goal to facilitate the access and reading of the text by making an edition critique of the book. The thesis consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the introduction, it is inquired why the author wrote taʿlīqāt at the opening chapters of al-Bayḍāwī's Tafsīr. The first section deals with Bursawī's classical commentarism in the context of his Taʿlīkāt. In the second part, first, a panoramic overview of the concept of sign and the considerations of al-Ishārī tafsīr is given. Then, Bursawī's exegesis of al-Ishārī exegesis is discussed by focusing on Taʿlīqāt. In the third chapter, the characteristics of the author's calligraphic copy of Taʿlīqāt and the edited text of the work are presented.
