319 SUMMARY This study's theme is Aladağlar which is on. Middle Toros and Yoruk' s which live around Middle Toros. Same of these Yörüks living in this placa which stays between Ada na - Kayseri and Niğde continue their lives by passing into a settled life. Others are not settled anywhere and they continue the tradition of camping - migrating. The characteristic life style, traditions, public literature and folklore which are seen in the lives of both settled Yörük, and non-settled Yoruk' s are subjects of this study. The other thing which became the subject of this study is the language of Yoruk' s. The studies about Yörük dialect which are made from the side of language were written down with the help of combilations. Some phonetic and morphologic studies were made on texts and the properties of the dialect were explained. The informations in the section of folklore and public literature and the informations in the section of texts give us very important informations about the lives of Yoruk' s. Beyond this, it is also important that these informations are taken from fountain heads and printed for the first time. You can get information about Aladağ Yoruk' s (Kara evli /Karevli, Karakoyunlu, Horzum, Müsürler, Honamlı, Karakeçi li, Sarıkeçili, Keşefli...) lecture, their lives, their reactions to sadness and to happiness from this study. It has been hoped that this study will be weful for people who are interested in this subject and for researchers...
