Özet

Bu çalışma, uzaktan eğitim yoluyla Japon dili eğitimi alan üniversite öğrencilerinin Japonca konuşma becerilerine yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada bu tutumları ölçmek adına dereceli puanlama ölçeği ve çoktan seçmeli soruların yer aldığı soru formu oluşturulmuştur. Öğrencilerin bu anlamda tutumlarının ne yönde etkilediği hususunda betimsel analiz yöntemine başvurulmuş ve veriler SPSS programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucu istatistiki olarak normal dağılım göstermektedir. Anketin güvenilirliği için ise Cronbach Alpha uygulanmış olup literatürde kabul gören 0.7 değerinin üzerinde sonuç alınmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda öğrencilerin uzaktan eğitim yoluyla Japon dili öğretimine uyum sağlama eğiliminde olmalarının yanında uzaktan eğitim yoluyla edindikleri Japonca konuşma tutumlarındaki memnuniyetsizlik gerçeği, ders içerik ve ortamının dikkatle yeniden değerlendirilmesine ihtiyaç olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The objective of this study was to ascertain the attitudes of university students engaged in the study of the Japanese language through distance education with respect to the acquisition of Japanese language skills. In order to ascertain these attitudes, a questionnaire was devised, comprising a rubric scale and multiple-choice questions. A descriptive analysis was employed to ascertain the impact of these factors on students' attitudes, with the data subsequently analysed using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis indicate that the data exhibit a statistically normal distribution. To ensure the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach Alpha was employed, and the resulting value exceeded the accepted threshold of 0.7, as documented in the relevant literature. The findings of the study indicate that students tend to adapt to Japanese language teaching through distance education. However, they also express dissatisfaction with the Japanese speaking skills they have acquired through this mode of education. This suggests that the course content and environment require careful reevaluation.
