Özet
Eğitim sisteminin en önemli unsuru öğretmenlerdir. Eğitim sisteminde belirlenen her hedef öğretmenler aracılığıyla gerçekleşir. Belirlenen bu hedefler ne kadar iyi organize edilmiş olursa olsun öğretmenlerin nitelikleri ve alanlarına duyduğu ilgi pozitif yönde olmadığı sürece istenilen verim alınamaz. Bu noktada öğretmenlerin mesleklerine karşı algı ve tutumları oldukça önemlidir. Öğretmenlik mesleğinin önemli bir parçası olan Resim-İş öğretmenleri içinde aynı yargılar geçerlidir. Görsel Sanatlar dersi öğrencinin bilişsel gelişimi için oldukça önemli bir role sahiptir. Bu noktada Resim-İş öğretmenlerinin mesleğe karşı algı ve tutumlarının olumlu yönde olması oldukça önemlidir. Bu sebeple dersinin öğrencilere sağladığı faydalara hakim, mesleğini seven öğretmenler yetiştirilmesi hedeflenir. Öğretmenin nitelikleriyle birlikte, yaşadığı toplumdaki refah seviyesi de algı ve tutumu etkileyen faktörlerdendir. Belirtilen sebepler sonucunda Resim-İş öğretmenliği mesleğine ilişkin algı ve tutumları bilimsel temeller üzerine oturtularak saptanması, açıklanması ve incelenmesi gerekliliği hissedilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Resim-İş Öğretmenliği lisans programı öğrencilerinin ve Güzel Sanatlar Fakültelerinde öğrenim görüp formasyon almış öğrencilerin, Resim öğretmenliğine karşı algı ve tutumlarını araştırmak ve incelemek hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart Üniversitesi'nde 2018-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında mezun olmuş 110 Resim-İş öğretmeni adayları oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak algı ve tutum ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Ölçek, 19 adet tutum, 13 adet algı olmak üzere 32 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Resim-İş öğretmeni adaylarına uygulanan ölçekler ve bilgi formlarından elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) programı aracılığıyla çözümlenmiştir. Çalışmada toplam 110 ölçek formu cevaplandırılmıştı. Veriler Google form aracılığıyla saklanmıştır. Verilerin sonuçları şu özetle şu şekilde saptanmıştır. a) Ölçek boyutlarına İlişkin Cronbach's Alfa Testi puanlarının güvenilir kabul edilen 0.70'in üzerinde olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. b) Öğretmenliğe ilişkin tutum ve algı ölçeğine ilişkin normallik analizlerinin normal dağılım gösterdiğinden parametrik testlerle analiz edilmiştir. c) Katılımcıların öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik algı ve tutum düzeylerinin analizinde, tutum ve algı puan ortalamalarının yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. d) Katılımcıların tutum ve algı puan ortalamaları korelasyon sonucunda tutum ve algı boyutu arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. e) Katılımcıların tutum ve algı puan ortalamaları regresyon analizinde tutum ve algı boyutu arasında anlamlılık görülmüştür.

The most important element of the education system is teachers. Every goal determined in the education system is realized through teachers. No matter how well these goals are organized, the desired efficiency cannot be obtained unless the qualifications and interest of teachers in their fields are positive. At this point, the perception and attitudes of teachers towards their profession are very important. The same judgments are valid for art teachers, who are an important part of the teaching profession. The Visual Arts course has a very important role for the cognitive development of the student. At this point, it is very important for art teachers to have a positive perception and attitude towards the profession. For this reason, it is aimed to train teachers who are competent in the benefits that the course provides to the students and who love their profession. Along with the qualifications of the teacher, the place and welfare level in the society they live in are important factors affecting their perception and attitudes. As a result of the reasons stated, it was felt that the perception and attitudes towards the art teaching profession should be determined, explained and examined on a scientific basis. This study aimed to investigate and examine the perception and attitudes of art teaching undergraduate program students and students who studied and received formation in Fine Arts Faculties towards art teaching. The study group consists of 110 Art-Work teacher candidates who graduated from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in the 2018- 2023 academic year. A perception and attitude scale was developed as a data collection tool. The scale consists of 32 items, 19 attitudes and 13 perceptions. The data obtained from the scales and information forms applied to the Art-Work teacher candidates were analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Science) program. A total of 110 scale forms were answered in the study. The data were stored via Google Form. The results of the data were determined as follows in summary. a) It was concluded that the Cronbach's Alpha Test scores regarding the scale dimensions were above 0.70, which is considered reliable. b) Since the normality analyzes regarding the attitude and perception scale towards teaching showed a normal distribution, they were analyzed with parametric tests. c) In the analysis of the perception and attitude levels of the participants towards the teaching profession, it was concluded that the attitude and perception score averages were high. d) As a result of the correlation between the participants' attitude and perception scores, it was concluded that there was a positive, moderately significant relationship between the attitude and perception dimensions. e) In the regression analysis of the participants' attitude and perception scores, there was a significance between the attitude and perception dimensions. f)
