Özet
Bu çalışmada, Ali el-Kârî'nin, Beydâvî'ye ait Envârü't-tenzîl ve esrârü't-te'vîl adlı tefsirindeki kıraatlerin tahricini yapan, el-Feydu's-semâvî: Hâşiyetü tahrîci'l-kırâât fî tefsîri'l-Beydâvî adlı hâşiyesinin tahkîk ve tahlili ele alınmıştır. Müellifin eseri, tüm detaylarıyla taranmak suretiyle kapsamlı bir analize tabi tutulmuş, mevcut nüshalara dayalı olarak tahlil edilmiş ve eserin orijinal yönlerinin tespitine çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızın konusunu teşkil eden, el-Feydu's-semâvî: Hâşiyetü tahrîci'l-kırâât fî tefsîri'l-Beydâvî adlı hâşiye ise henüz el yazma halinde olup üzerinde herhangi bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. İş bu çalışmanın amacı, kıraat ilmine duyduğu ilgi ve bu alandaki öneminden dolayı kendisine Kârî denilen müellifin kıraat alanında yazmış olduğu bu eserinin kıraat ilmine kazandırılmasıdır. Beydâvî tefsiri üzerine çok sayıda hâşiyenin yazıldığı malumdur. Ali el-Kârî'nin yazdığı hâşiyenin diğerlerinden farkı, söz konusu tefsirde kullanılan kıraat nakillerinin tahrîcini yaparak bunlar üzerinde derinlemesine bir değerlendirme yapmasıdır. Nitekim Ali el-Kârî'nin bu eseri sayesinde Envârü't-tenzîl'de geçen kıraat rivayetlerinin kaynakları ve kimlere atfedildikleri bilinmekte, bahsedilen kıraatlerin hangisinin mütevâtir, hangisinin şâz olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Ayrıca eser, tefsirde geçen çok sayıda şâz kıraatin incelenmesi bakımından şâz kıraatlere dair önemli bir kaynak niteliğini taşımaktadır. Eseri değerli kılan başka bir husus, Beydâvî tefsiri özelinde, tefsir kitaplarında kıraat farklılıklarının ele alınış biçimiyle ilgili birtakım hataların olma ihtimalini ortaya koymuş olmasıdır. Çalışmada, Ali el-Kârî'nin haşiyedeki yöntemi ve Beydâvî tefsirine yaptığı tashihleri temel kaynaklara dayalı olarak tespit edilmek suretiyle eserin orijinal yönleri yansıtılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yine, Ali el-Kârî'nin hayatı ve ilmî şahsiyeti, eserinin tanıtımı ve tahlili hakkında detaylı bilgiler verildikten sonra ulaşılabilen bütün nüshalar tanıtılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada hâşiyede yer alan bazı hatalar üzerinde de durulmuştur. Son bölümde eserin Arapça tahkîki yapılmıştır. Nihayetinde bu çalışmada, hem Ali el-Kârî'nin el-Feydu's-semâvî adlı haşiyesinin kıraat ilmi açısından önemine vurgu yapılmış, hem Beydâvî tefsirindeki kıraat farklılıklarının daha iyi anlaşılmasına katkı sağlanmış, hem de haşiyenin, şâz kıraatler üzerine yapılan çalışmalara yeni bir boyut kazandırdığı ve kıraat ilmi alanında önemli bir kaynak olduğu hususları ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

This study examines the verification and analysis of Ali al-Qari's annotation titled al-Faydu's-samâvî: Hâşiyetu tahrîci'l-qıraât fî tafsîri'l-Baydâwî, which is a transcription of the recitations in Baydawî's commentary titled Anvâru't-tanzîl ve esrâru't-ta'vîl. The author's work has been subjected to a comprehensive analysis by scanning all its details, and an analysis has been made based on the existing copies, and an attempt has been made to determine the original aspects of the work. The annotation, el-Faydu's-samâvî: Hâşiyetu tahrîci'l-qıraât fî tafsîri'l-Baydâwî, which is the subject of our study, is still in manuscript form and no study has been done on it. The aim of this study is to introduce this work, written in the field of recitation by the author, who is called Qârî due to his interest in the science of recitation and his importance in this field, to the science of recitation. It is known that many annotations have been written on the interpretation of Baydâvî. The difference between the annotation written by Ali al-Qari and the others is that it makes a deep evaluation of the recitation narrations used in the commentary in question by making a transcription of them. Indeed, thanks to this work of Ali al-Kari, the sources of the recitation narrations in Envârü't-tenzîl and to whom they are attributed are known, and it is understood which of the recitations mentioned are mutawatir and which are shaz. In addition, the work is an important source on shaz recitations in terms of examining the numerous shaz recitations in the commentary. Another aspect that makes the work valuable is that it reveals the possibility of some errors in the way recitation differences are handled in the commentary books, especially in the case of Baydawi's commentary. In the study, the original aspects of the work have been tried to be reflected by determining Ali al-Qarî's method in the annotation and the corrections he made to the interpretation of Baydawî based on primary sources. Again, after providing detailed information about Ali al-Qarî's life and scientific personality, the introduction and analysis of his work, all accessible copies have been introduced. In addition, some errors in the annotation have been emphasized in the study. In the last section, the Arabic edition of the work was made. Finally, in this study, the importance of the annotation of Ali al-Qari named al-Faydu's-Samawi in terms of the science of recitation was emphasized, and a contribution was made to a better understanding of the differences in recitation in the interpretation of Baydawi, and it was tried to reveal that the annotation added a new dimension to the studies on irregular recitations and was an important source in the field of recitation.
