Özet
Tezimizin konusu, Safevîler Dönemi Tefsir Çalışmaları'dır. İran'da Safevîler döneminde, hicrî 10/16. yüzyıl ile 12/18. yüzyılın ortalarında Şiîliğin resmileştirilmesi ve İran'ın mezhebî atmosferinin İmamiyye (İsnâaşeriyye) lehine birleştirilmesi, Müslümanlar arasında çeşitli etkiler yaratmış ve Kurʾân'ın tefsiri de dâhil olmak üzere dinî bilgiler bu alanda ortaya çıkmıştır. Safevîler döneminde: Şiî ilim geleneğinde Ahbârîlik akımının ortaya çıkması ve yaygınlaşması, rivayet tefsirlerinin çok fazla yazılması ve tefsirde kelamî yaklaşımın azalması, fıkhî tefsirlerin gelişmesi ve âlimlerin hilafet hareketine yönelik sert eleştirileri, tevil ve felsefeye yönelme ve bunların tefsirlerde uygulanması, Şiî müfessirlerin tefsirlerde masum imamların rivayetlerini kullanma konusundaki ısrarları, Sünnîler'in ilke, görüş ve tefsir yöntemlerinden uzaklaşmalar, ayetlerin tefsirlerinde tevilciliğin yaygınlaşması gibi gelişmeler yaşanmıştır. Tezimiz, bu dönemin tefsir alanındaki gelişmelerini ve tefsir eserlerini derinlemesine incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Tezimiz bir giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan meydana gelmektedir. Çalışmamızın Giriş bölümünde: Araştırmanın konusu, önemi, amacı, kaynakları ve yöntemi ele alınmıştır. Birinci Bölüm'de Safevîlerde ulema ve ilmî müesseseler, ulema kapsamında Şiî ve Sünnî ulema, ulemanın Safevî Devleti'yle işbirlikleri, Safevî Şîası'nı olgunlaştıran muhacir ulema ve Safevîler döneminde eğitim ve öğretim konuları hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de Safevîler döneminde tefsir ilminin gelişim süreci ve bu alanlarda yapılan faaliyetler, Safevî Devleti'nin oluşumu ve o dönemin kültürel durumu, Safevîler döneminde yaşanan olayların Kurʾân tefsirine etkileri, Ahbârîliğin ortaya çıkışı, Şiî rivayetlere dayanan kapsamlı fıkhî tefsirlerin yazımı ve bu tefsirlerin içerik ve yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü Bölüm'de ise Safevîler dönemi Şiî müfessirler ve tefsirleri, Safevîler döneminde Şiî dinî kurumların oluşumu, Şîa'da tefsir tabakaları, Usûlîler ve Ahbâriler arasındaki ihtilaflar, Safevîler döneminde Usûlî ve Ahbârî müfessirler, tefsirleri, tefsirlerin içerikleri, kaynakları, tefsirlerde kullandıkları yöntemler ve Usûlî Ahbârî ve müfessirlerin yazdıkları hâşiye ve şerhlere değinilmiştir.

The subject of our thesis is tafsir studies in the Safavid period. During the Safavid period in Iran, between the 10th and mid-12th centuries, the formalisation of Shiʿism and the unification of the sectarian atmosphere in Iran in favour of the Imamiyya (Isnaashariyya) had various effects among Muslims, and religious knowledge, including the Tafsir of the Qurʾan, emerged in this field. Safavid period: The emergence and spread of Ahbārīism in the Shiʿite scholarly tradition, the spread of narrative exegesis and the decline of the theological approach in exegesis, the development of jurisprudential exegesis, and the harsh criticism of the caliphate movement by scholars, The developments in the field of tafsir in this period included the turn to tawil and philosophy and their application in tafsir, the commentators' insistence on using the narrations of the innocent Imams in tafsir, the departure from the Sunnite principles, views and methods of tafsir, and the spread of tawilism in the tafsir of verses. Our thesis aims to analyse in depth the developments in the field of tafsir and the works of tafsir of this period. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the Introduction section of our study: The subject, importance, aim, sources and method of the study are discussed. In the first chapter, general information is given about the ulema and scientific institutions in the Safavids, the Shiite and Sunnite ulema within the scope of the ulema, the cooperation of the ulema with the Safavid State, the muhajir ulema who matured the Safavid Shi'a, and education and training in the Safavid period. In the second chapter, the development process of the science of tafsir during the Safavid period and the activities carried out in these fields, the formation of the Safavid State and the cultural situation of that period, the effects of the events in the Safavid period on the exegesis of the Qurʾan, the writing of comprehensive jurisprudential tafsirs based on Shiʿite narrations, and the content and methods of these tafsirs are examined. In the third chapter, Shiʿite exegetes and their exegesis in the Safavid period, the formation of Shiʿite religious institutions in the Safavid period, the layers of exegesis in Shiʿa, the emergence of Ahbariism, and the conflicts between Usulis and Ahbaris, Ahbari and Usuli exegetes during the Safavid period, their tafsirs, the contents of their tafsirs, their sources, the methods they used in their tafsirs, and the commentaries and commentaries written by Ahbari and Usuli exegetes were mentioned.
