Özet
İşletmenin finansman kararları işletmenin geleceği ve sürekliliği için hayati öneme sahip kararlardır. 2019 yılının son çeyreğinde Çin'in Wuhan kentinde ortaya çıkıp kısa sürede tüm dünyaya yayılan Covid-19, ülkelerarası seyahat kısıtlamalarına ve yasakların uygulanmasına sebep olmuştur. Başlangıçta sadece insan sağlığını tehdit eden Covıd-19 pandemisi, zamanla ekonomilerin reel ve finansal sektörlerine de sıçramıştır. Türkiye'de sağlık, gıda, temizlik gibi birkaç sektörün dışında diğer sektörler karantina, kapanma, arz talep dengesinin bozulması gibi nedenlerle ekonomik krize girmişlerdir. Bu çalışmamızda Covıd-19 pandemisinin üretim işletmelerinin finansman kararları üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda bulunduğu sektörü fark etmeksizin üretim yapan işletmelerin finans yöneticilerine Anket yöntemi ile bulunduğu sektör ve işletmeyi tanımlayıcı sorulardan sonra finansman kararları üzerinde Covıd-19'un etkisinin olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler frekans analizi, açımlayıcı faktör analizi, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin ve Bartlett Testleri ve parametrik olan testlerden Independent Samples T Testi ve Oneway Anova Testi analizleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular kapsamında Covıd-19'un üretim işletmelerinin finansman kararları üzerinde etkisi sektörden sektöre farklılık gösterse de farklı derecede etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The financing decisions of the business are decisions that are of vital importance for the future and continuity of the business. Covid-19 which emerged in the last quarter of 2019 in Wuhan of China and spread all over the world in a short time, caused to be implemented international travel restrictions and bans. The COVID-19 pandemic, which initially only threatened human health, spread over time to the real and financial sectors of economies. In Turkey, apart from a few sectors such as health, food and cleaning, other sectors have entered an economic crisis due to reasons such as quarantine, closure, and disruption of the supply and demand balance. In this study, we aimed to investigate whether the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the financing decisions of production enterprises. In this context, it was investigated whether Covid-19 had an impact on financing decisions after asking descriptive questions of the sector and business to the financial managers of the companies engaged in production, regardless of the sector. The data obtained were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett Tests, and Independent Samples T Test and Oneway Anova Test, which are parametric tests. Within the scope of the findings, it has been determined that although the impact of Covid-19 on the financing decisions of production enterprises varies from sector to sector, it has a different degree of impact.
