Özet
2010 sonrası dönemde, özellikle de Suriye'de iç savaş başladıktan sonra, çok sayıda Suriyeli göçmen Türkiye'ye göç etmiştir. Bu göçmenlere Türkiye tarafından geçici koruma statüsü sağlanmış ve bu süreç eğitim sistemini doğrudan etkilemiştir. Geçici koruma altına alınan Suriyeli göçmenler, dil bariyerleri, ekonomik sorunlar, psikolojik travmalar gibi çeşitli zorluklarla karşılaşmış ve eğitimdeki adaptasyon süreçlerinde ciddi güçlükler yaşamaya başlamıştır. Bu dönemde, geçici koruma statüsü altındaki göçmenlerin eğitim süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesi, eğitim politikalarının gözden geçirilmesi ve uyum süreçlerinin desteklenmesi gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çalışma göç olgusunun tarihsel ve teorik bağlamlarını ele alarak, temelde Türkiye'deki Suriyeli göçmen öğrencilerin eğitim süreçlerinde karşılaştıkları sorunları incelemektir. Çalışma Türkiye'nin Suriyeli göçmenlerin yaşadığı eğitim sorunlarına çözüm önerileri sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada doküman analizi ve literatür taraması yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada Türkiye'deki göçmen öğrencilerin, dil bariyerleri, ekonomik yetersizlikler, psikolojik travmalar ve eğitim politikalarındaki eksiklikler gibi birçok sorunla karşılaştığı, bu durumun göçmen öğrencilerin eğitim süreçlerine adaptasyonunu zorlaştırdığı ve toplumsal uyum üzerinde olumsuz etkiler yarattığı ortaya koyulmuştur. Öte yandan, Türkiye'deki Suriyeli göçmen öğrencilerin eğitim sorunlarının çözümü için siyasi ve yasal düzenlemelerden eğitimde sosyal destek mekanizmalarına kadar çok yönlü bir yaklaşım gerekli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, bu çalışma, göçmenlerin eğitim sistemine entegrasyonunu kolaylaştıracak öneriler sunarken, bu alanda yapılacak daha kapsamlı araştırmalara ışık tutmayı hedeflemektedir. Göç yönetimi ve göçmen politikaları konularında literatüre katkı sağlamayı ve karar vericilere rehber olabilecek bir kaynak sunmayı hedeflemektedir.

In the period after 2010, especially after the start of the civil war in Syria, many Syrian immigrants migrated to Turkey. Temporary protection status was provided to these immigrants by Turkey, and this process directly affected the education system. Syrian migrants under temporary protection have faced various challenges such as language barriers, economic problems, psychological traumas and have started to experience serious difficulties in their adaptation processes in education. In this period, it has become necessary to improve the education processes, to review education policies and to support adaptation processes of immigrants under temporary protection status. This study examines the historical and theoretical contexts of the phenomenon of migration and basically examines the problems faced by Syrian migrant students in the education process in Turkey. The study aims to offer solutions to the educational problems faced by Syrian migrants in Turkey. Document analysis and literature review methods were used in the study. The study revealed that migrant students in Turkey face many problems such as language barriers, economic inadequacies, psychological traumas and deficiencies in educational policies, which make it difficult for migrant students to adapt to educational processes and have negative effects on social harmony. On the other hand, it was concluded that a multifaceted approach from political and legal regulations to social support mechanisms in education is necessary to solve the educational problems of Syrian migrant students in Turkey. In addition, this study aims to shed light on more comprehensive researches in this field while offering suggestions to facilitate the integration of migrants into the education system. It aims to contribute to the literature on migration management and policies, and to provide a resource that can guide decision-makers.
