Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Van ilinde özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde görev yapan fizyoterapistlerin yaşam kalitesi düzeylerini ve iş yorgunluğu durumlarını değerlendirmektir. Çalışmada kesitsel bir yöntem benimsenmiş olup veriler yüz yüze anketler aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini içeren bölümün ardından Short Form-36 (SF-36) yaşam kalitesi ölçeği, Short Form-12 (SF-12) yaşam kalitesi ölçeği ve Facit Yorgunluk Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, Van'da özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezinde çalışan fizyoterapistlerin genel yaşam kalitesinin düşük olduğunu ve yaş ilerledikçe yaşam kalitesinin daha da düştüğünü göstermektedir. En düşük yaşam kalitesi alt boyutları sırasıylaenerji, ruhsal, genel sağlık durumu ve bedensel ağrı olarak belirlenmiştir. Facit ölçeğine göre ise Van'da özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan fizyoterapistlerin yüksek düzeyde yorgunluk yaşadığı ve bu yorgunluğun tükenmişliğe doğru gittiği görülmüştür. Ayrıca, yaşam kalitesi düştükçe yorgunluğun artması arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, zor şartlar ve kısıtlı imkanlar altında Van ilinde özel eğitim ve rehabilitasyon merkezlerinde çalışan fizyoterapistlerin yaşam kalitesi ve iş yorgunluğu durumlarını ele almış, fiziksel ve psikolojik sağlık arasındaki ilişkiye işaret etmiştir. Bu bulgulara göre, bu merkezlerde çalışan fizyoterapistlerin yaşam kalitesini artırmaya yönelik ve yorgunluğunu azaltmaya yönelik destek programlarının sayısının artırılmasının gerektiğini düşünmekteyiz

The aim of this research is to evaluate the quality of life levels and work fatigue of physiotherapists working in special education and rehabilitation centers in Van. A cross-sectional method was adopted in the study and data was collected through face-to-face surveys. Following the section containing the demographic information of the participants, the Short Form-36 (SF-36) quality of life scale, Short Form-12 (SF-12) quality of life scale and Facit Fatigue Scale were used. The results obtained show that the general quality of life of physiotherapists working in a special education and rehabilitation center in Van is at a medium level and that the quality of life decreases with age. The lowest quality of life sub-dimensions were determined as physical role limitations, general health status and physical pain, respectively. According to the Facit scale, it was observed that physiotherapists working in special education and rehabilitation centers in Van experienced high levels of fatigue and this fatigue was heading towards burnout. Additionally, it has been found that there is a significant relationship between increasing fatigue as quality of life decreases. This study addressed the quality of life and work fatigue of physiotherapists working in special education and rehabilitation centers in Van under difficult conditions and limited opportunities, and pointed out the relationship between physical and psychological health. According to these findings, we think that it is necessary to increase the number of support programs aimed at improving the quality of life and reducing fatigue of physiotherapists working in these centers.
