Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul öğrencilerinin beden eğitimi ve spor dersine ilişkin tutumlarını bazı değişkenlere göre incelemektir. Araştırmaya Aksaray il merkezinde bulunan ortaokullarda öğrenim gören 937 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin beden eğitimi ve spor derslerine yönelik tutumun belirlenmesi amacıyla Mehmet KARAKILIÇ (2009) tarafından geliştirilen geçerliliği ve güvenilirliği kanıtlanmış olan“Ortaokul Öğrencileri İçin Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Dersi Tutum Ölçeği”uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizlerinde SPSS 21.0 for Windows programında frekans, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis H analizleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda Öğrencilerin beden eğitimi ve spor dersine ilişkin tutumları değerlendirildiği zaman, öğrencilerin beden eğitimi ve spor dersine yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Öğrencilerin beden eğitimi dersine yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyetlerine, Sınıf, yaş, okul takımında görev alma ve spor salonu olma durumlarının beden eğitimi dersine yönelik tutumlarını anlamlı düzeyde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır (p<0,05). Bu doğrultuda, öğrencilerin beden eğitimi ve spor dersine yönelik tutumları; öğrenim gördükleri okulun fiziksel koşulları, okulda spor salonunun bulunup bulunmaması, okul spor takımlarının varlığı, akran ilişkileri, ailelerin spora yönelik tutumları ve beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yaklaşımları gibi çeşitli çevresel ve sosyal faktörler etkilediği görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to examine the attitudes of secondary school students towards physical education and sports lessons according to some variables. 937 students studying in secondary schools in Aksaray city center participated in the study. In order to determine the attitudes of the students participating in the study towards physical education and sports lessons, the“Attitude Scale towards Physical Education Lesson for Primary School Students”developed by Mehmet KARAKILIC (2009) with proven validity and reliability was applied. Frequency, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H analyses were used in the statistical analysis of the data obtained in the study using SPSS 21.0 for Windows program. When the students' attitudes towards physical education lesson were evaluated at the end of the study, it was found that the students' attitudes towards physical education lesson were generally high. It was concluded that the students' attitudes towards physical education lesson were significantly affected by their gender, grade, age, being on a school team and having a gym (p<0,05). As a result, it can be said that some factors such as the physical structure of the school, the presence of a school team in the school, the presence of a gym, relationships between friends, the approach of families, physical education and sports teachers affect the attitude towards physical education and sports lessons in secondary school students.
