Özet Doktora tezi: Hegemonya ve Siyasal Öğrenme. Almanya 'daki Genç Yetişkin ve Yetişkin Topluluk Üzerine Bir Araştırma. Çalışma hegemonya ve siyasal öğrenme arasındaki ilişkiye dayalı bir kavramsal ve alan çalışması çözümlemesini içerir. Siyasal öğrenme ve eğitimin hegemonik ilişkiler aracılığıyla oluşan gündelik hayattaki bir etkinlik süreci olduğunu ileri sürer. Bu etkinlik özgül toplumsal deneyimin tarihsel çerçevesi ve meydan okumalardan oluşur. Siyasal öğrenme süreci algılama ve değerlendirme kategorilerinin oluşumu ve sürdürülmesidir. Hegemonik güç ilişkileri dünya sisteminden ülkelere ve ülkelerdeki gruplara uzanan karşılıklı çatışma ve deneyim içinde ortaya çıkar. Bu düzenekler içinde oluşan ortamlar(milieu) hegemonik çatışma ve deneyimin özgül çerçevesini birleştirir. Ortamlara bütünlük kazandıran analitik düzey algılama ve değerlendirme kategorileridir. Bu yaklaşımla çalışma etno-politik düşünüş ve ilişkileri (Almanya'daki Türkiyeli Kürt^4levi,İslamcı ve Milliyetçi gruplar) öne çıkaran dinamikleri, toplumsal deneyimin özgül çerçevesi ve dünya sistemi ve ülkeler (Almanya ve Türkiye) içinde ortaya çıkan değişmeler içine yerleştirir. Çalışmanın yöntemi alan çalışmasına dayalı bir kavramsal çözümlemeden oluşmaktadır. Veriler Köln 'deki Türkiyeli toplum içinde görüşmeler ve katılmalı gözlem yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Çalışma olguyu hegemonik güç ilişkileri içinde çatışmak bir ilişki ve tarihsellik olarak toplumsal temelde ele alır. Bu çalışmada elde edilen sonuç siyasal öğrenmenin algılama ve değerlendirme kategorileri ile ortamlar içinde oluştuğunu göstermektedir. Hegemonik güç ilişkileri ile oluşan çatışma ve etkileşim siyasal öğrenmenin dinamiklerini biçimlendiriyor. Hegemonik düşünüş ve ilişki tarzı olarak etno- politik algılama ve değerlendirme kategorileri deneyim ve pratiği çerçeveliyor. 262

Abstract Dissertation: Hegemony And Political Learning. A Study on the Young Adults' and Adults' Community from Turkey in Germany. The study contains a conceptual and field study analysis based on the relationship between hegemony and political learning. It argue that political learning and education is an activity process in every day life that come into existence through hegemonical power relations. This activity cosists of the relationship between historical frame of spesifical social experience and challenges. Political learning process is the occurance and persistence of perception and evolution categories. Hegemonical power relations occure in the mutual conflict and interaction that extended from world system to countries and to groups in the countries. The milieus (social surroundings) occurred in this mecanisms combine the spesifical frame of hegemonical conflict and the social experience. The analitical level acquirred the totality to milieus is the perception and evolution categories. The study through that approacput the dynamics which put forward ethno- political (Kurd^Alawi,Islamist,Nationalist Groups from Turkey in Germany) reflections and relations into the spesifical frame of the social experience and the changes emerging in the world system and countries (Germany and Turkey). The method of the study is consisted of a conceptual analysis that based on the field work. Data is gathered through interviews and participated observation in the community from Turkey in Köln. The study socially takes into account the fact as a conflicted relationship and historicalness in the hegemonical power relations. The result acquirred in this study is indicated that the political learning is occured with the perception and evolution categories in the milieus. The conflict and interaction becoming with hegemonical power relations shape the dynamics of political learning. Ethno-political perception and evolution categories as a mode of hegemonical reflections and relations frame the social experience and practise. 263
