Özet
Bu araştırma, Eryaman Şehit Hüseyin Kalkan Halk Eğitimi Merkezi örneği üzerinden HEMBA platformunun etkinliğini ve kullanıcı deneyimlerini ele almaktadır. Araştırmanın temel amacı, HEMBA sisteminin etkinliği ve kullanımına dair yöneticiler, öğretmenler ve öğrencilerin görüşlerini sistematik bir biçimde incelemektir. Çalışmanın ana hedefi, kullanıcı deneyimi çerçevesinde HEMBA'nın güçlü ve zayıf yönlerini tespit ederek, sistemin daha etkili ve işlevsel hale getirilmesine yönelik öneriler geliştirmektir. Bu bağlamda, HEMBA platformunun eğitim süreçlerine katkı sağlama potansiyeli değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi durum çalışması kullanılarak görüşme formu aracılığıyla veri toplanmıştır. Betimsel analiz yöntemi ile veriler analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma, Eryaman Şehit Hüseyin Kalkan Halk Eğitim Merkezi kursiyerlerinden HEMBA platformu üzerinden eğitim alan 20 kursiyer, kurumda çalışan 4 idareci ve 5 öğretmen olmak üzere 29 kişiyle yapılan görüşmeler ile çalışma yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgularda, katılımcılar açısından HEMBA platformunun etkili kullanımında dijital okuryazarlık seviyesinin kritik bir rol oynadığı belirtilmiştir. Kullanım kolaylığı genel olarak olumlu değerlendirilse de, bireysel dijital yeterlilik ve rehberlik desteği gibi faktörlerin deneyimi etkilediği ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca, platformun sosyalleşme boyutunun katılımcıların beklentilerini tam olarak karşılamadığı ve geliştirilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Teknik altyapının zaman zaman yetersiz kaldığı ve bu durumun kullanıcı deneyimini olumsuz etkilediği gözlemlenmiştir. Katılımcılar HEMBA'nın ücretsiz eğitim olanaklarını memnuniyetle karşılamaktadır. Öğretmenler, platformun etkileşim olanaklarının geliştirilmesinin öğretim yöntemlerinin etkinliğini artıracağını belirtmişlerdir.

This research examines the effectiveness of the HEMBA platform and user experiences through the case of Eryaman Şehit Hüseyin Kalkan Public Education Center. The primary objective of this research is to systematically examine the perspectives of administrators, teachers, and students regarding the effectiveness and utilization of the HEMBA system. The main objective of the study is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of HEMBA within the framework of user experience and to develop recommendations aimed at making the system more effective and functional. In this context, the potential contributions of the HEMBA platform to educational processes will be evaluated. In this research, a qualitative research method known as a case study was employed, and data were collected through an interview form. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis method. The study was conducted through interviews with 29 participants, including 20 trainees receiving education via the HEMBA platform at Eryaman Şehit Hüseyin Kalkan Public Education Center, as well as 4 administrators and 5 teachers working at the institution. The findings of the research indicate that digital literacy plays a critical role in the effective use of the HEMBA platform from the participants' perspective. While the overall ease of use is evaluated positively, factors such as individual digital competence and guidance support are reported to influence the user experience. Additionally, it has been emphasized that the socialization aspect of the platform does not fully meet participants' expectations and requires further development. It has also been observed that the technical infrastructure is occasionally insufficient, negatively impacting the user experience. Finally, participants expressed their appreciation for the free educational opportunities provided by HEMBA, while also voicing their expectations for the further expansion of these offerings. Teachers believe that enhancing the platform's interaction capabilities will improve the effectiveness of teaching methods.
