Dr. Gülen BARAN Jüri : Prof.Dr. Esra ÖMEROĞLU- TURAN Doç.Dr. Gülen BARAN Doç.Dr. Fatma ALİSİNANOĞLU Bu araştırma, anasınıfına devam eden eden altı yaş çocuklarının davranış problemi gösterme durumlarının ve davranış problemlerini etkileyen etmenlerin belirlenmesi, çocukların davranış problemleri ile okulöncesi eğitim kurumu öğretmenlerinin ve annelerinin uyum düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Ankara'da orta sosyo-ekonomik düzeyde bulunan on ilköğretim okulunun anasınıflanna devam eden altı yaşındaki 180 çocuk ve anne ile 30 öğretmen üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada çocukların aileleri ve öğretmenler halikında bazı genel bilgileri içeren“Aile Bilgi Formu”ve Öğretmen Bilgi Formu“, çocukların davranış problemlerini belirlemek için ”4-18 Yaş Çocuk ve Gençler İçin Davranış B(fa vtffesı^flVifötrTHhMBmiîfim!Değerlendirme Ölçeği“, anne ve öğretmenlerin uyum düzeylerini belirlemek için ise ”Hacettepe Kişilik Envanteri (HKE)" kullanılmıştır. Veriler Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi, Çift Yönlü Varyans Analizi, Duncan Testi ve Korelasyon Katsayısı Önemlilik Testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda annenin öğrenim düzeyinin sosyal ve genel uyum puanlarında (P0.05). Çocuğun davranış problemlerinde çeşitli etmenlerin farklılık yaratıp yaratmadığım belirlemek için yapılan incelemelerde; çocuğun cinsiyetinin ve cinsiyet x anne öğrenim düzeyi interaksiyonunun dışa yönelim puanında, baba öğrenim düzeyinin içe yönelim puanında, cinsiyet x baba yaşı interaksiyonunun dışa yönelim ve genel davranış problemi puanlannda farklılık yarattığı ortaya konmuştur (P

ABSTRACT Master's Thesis EXAMINATION OF THE RELATION BETWEEN BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS IN CHILDREN AT THE AGE OF SIX AND ADAPTATION LEVEL OF MOTHERS AND TEACHERS Şenay BULUT Ankara University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Home Economics (Child Development) Supervisor : Associate Prof.Dr. Gülen BARAN Jury : Prof.Dr. Esra ÖMERO?LU- TURAN Associate Prof.Dr. Gülen BARAN Associate Prof.Dr. Fatma ALİSİNANO?LU This research has been made for the purpose of determining the factors effecting the behavioral of children at the age of six who attend kindergarten and their tendency to display such problems and for the examination of the relation between behavioral problems and adaptation levels of the mothers and teachers of pre school education institutions. The research has been conducted on 180 children at the age of six attending on kindergarten classes of ten primary schools at middle socio-economical level in Ankara and their parents and 30 teachers. In the research,“Famil Information Form”and“Teacher Information Form”including some of the general IVinformation on the families and teachers of the children,“Behavioral Evaluation Scale for Children and Youngs at the age of 4-18”has been used to determine the behavioral problems of children and“Hacettepe Personality Inventory”has been used to determine the adaptation levels of mothers and teachers. Data has been evaluated with Variance analysis, Duncan Test and Correlation Coefficient Significance Test According to the findings; it has been determined that the education level of mother leads to differences in social and general adaptation scores (P0.05). In the researches carried out to display the effects of various factors on the behavioral problems of children; it has been specified that the sex of children and the interaction between the sex and education level of mother create differences in external behavior scores, while the education level of father effects internal behavior score moreover, the interaction between sex and age of father creates differences in external and general behavioral problems scores (P>0.05). When the correlation between the behavioral problems of children and the adaptation scores of mother is examined, it has been determined that there exists a negative relation between the personal adaptation scores of mothers and the scores of internal and general behavioral problems of children in addition to the positive relation between the general adaptation scores of mothers and external behavior scores of children (P>0.05). When the correlation between behavioral problems of children and adaptation problems of teachers is examined, it hasbeen determined that there is a significant positive relation between the personal, social and general adaptation scores of teachers and scores of external, internal and general behavioral problems of children (P
