Özet
II ÖZET Çalışma, enformasyon teknolojisinin toplumsal yapıyı nasıl ve hangi boyutlarda etkileyeceği sorusu üzerinde temellendirilmişdir. Soru bağlamında, 1950'lerde Dahrendorf un ve Bell'in ve sözde enformasyon çağı'nda da Toffler ve Masuda'nın görüşlerinin özünü oluşturan, ekonomi ve mülkiyet ilişkilerinin toplumdaki çelişkilerin merkezi olamayacağı görüşü doğrultusundaki“sanayi sonrası toplum”kavramı ve söylemi çözümlenmiş ve tartışılmıştır. Sonra, yeni bir yaklaşım değil ama yeni bir bakış açısıyla, teknolojik gelişme ve enformasyon teknolojisinin, kapitalist üretim tarzı, üretici güçler ve yeniden üretim kavramları çerçevesinde toplumsal yapılanmaya etkisi çözümlenmiştir.

Ill SUMMARY The subject matter of the work is based on the question of“how and to which extension does the information technology affect the societal formation?”Within the context of the question above, it comes first to analyse and discuss the“post-industrial society”concept and its discourse that economic and property relations could not be generalised as the center of conflict in society, which reflects the core of the outlook of Dahrendorf s and Bell's at societal formation in 1950s; and Toffler's and Masuda's in so- called“information age”. Then, with not a new approach but a perspective, the technological advance and the information technology is analysed into societal formation within a framework surrounded by“capitalist mode of production”,“production forces”, 'reproduction".
