Özet

Siyaset felsefesi, devleti ele alan felsefedir. Devletin prototipi de ailedir. Birey, neslin devamı ve malın korunması için bir eşe ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Bu ihtiyaç sebebiyle birey sözleşmeyle yeni bir aile oluşturmaktadır. Oluşturduğu bu ailenin yönetimi, aile üyeleri arası ilişkiler, ailede malın kazanılması, korunması ve harcanması önemli bir konu olmaktadır. Aileler mahalleleri, mahalleler şehirleri, şehirler devleti oluşturmaktadır. Aile yönetimi gibi aileyi örnek alan devlet yönetimi de önem arz etmektedir. Ailede ve devlette, yönetici ve yönetilen arasında sıkı ilişkiler söz konusudur. Yapılan bu çalışmada Celâleddin Devvânî'nin (ö. 908/1502) aile ve devlet yönetimindeki görüşleri siyaset felsefesi ile ilgilenen tarafların çalışmalarına büyük fayda sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Çalışma literatür taraması üzerinden bir nitel araştırma yöntemiyle gerçekleşmiştir. Kapsam ve sınırlılıklar, tezin belirli bir odak ve derinlikle ele alınmasını sağlayarak çalışmanın tutarlı ve anlamlı olmasına yardımcı olmaktadır. Binaenaleyh Celâleddin Devvânî'nin siyaset felsefesinde yer alan aile ve devlet yönetimi hakkındaki görüşleri doğrultusunda bir olgu olarak, aile ve devlet ele alındı. Kaynaklarına işaret edildi. Celâleddin Devvânî bağlamında bir siyaset felsefesi yapılmaya çalışıldı. Ulaşılan sonuçların daha önceki felsefelerle benzerliğine ve farklılığına işaret edildi. Sonuçta Celâleddin Devvânî'nin aile ve toplum temelinde bir bütün olarak siyaset felsefesi ortaya konuldu.

Political philosophy is the philosophy that deals with the state. The prototype of the state is the family. The individual needs a spouse for the continuation of the generation and the protection of the property. Due to this need, the individual creates a new family by contract. The management of this family that he creates, the relations between the family members, the acquisition, protection and spending of the property in the family are important issues. Families form neighborhoods, neighborhoods form cities, and cities form the state. Like family management, state management that takes the family as an example is also important. In the family and the state, there are close relationships between the ruler and the ruled. In this study, it is thought that the views of Jalāl al-Din al-Dawwani (d. 908/1502) on family and state management will greatly benefit the studies of those interested in political philosophy. The study was carried out with a qualitative research method through a literature review. The context and limitations help the study to be consistent and meaningful by ensuring that the thesis is addressed with a certain focus and depth. Accordingly, family and state were discussed as a phenomenon in line with the views of Jalāl al-Din al-Dawwani on family and state administration in his political philosophy. Their sources were pointed out. An attempt was made to create a political philosophy in the context of Jalāl al-Din al-Dawwani. The similarities and differences of the results reached with previous philosophies were pointed out. As a result, Jalāl al-Din al-Dawwani's political philosophy as a whole based on family and society was put forward.
