ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi ASETOFENONUN IMINO-OKSIM TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE KOMPLEKSLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ Mustafa ŞAHİN Selçuk Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman: Y.Doç.Dr. M. Ali DEVECİ 2000, Sayfa: 34 Jüri: Doç.Dr. H. ismet UÇAN Y.Doç.Dr. Ersin GÜLER Bu çalışmada, literatürde bulunmayan üç adet yeni ligand ve bu ligandlann Co(II), Cu(II) ve Ni(II) metal iyonları ile kompleksleri sentezlendi. Bu ligandlar, o> pikoliliminoisonitrosoasetofenon (PNAH.HC1), a-pikolilimino-p-metilisonitroso- asetofenon (PNMH.HC1) ve a-pikolilimino-p-kloroisonitrosoasetofenon (PNCH)'dir. Bunlardan PNCH ligandı, a-pikolilamin ile p-kloroisonitrosoasetofenon'un reaksiyonu mutlak etanollü ortamda, oda sıcaklığında, gerçekleştirildi. PNAH ve PNMH ligandlan ise a-pikolilamin ile isonitrosoasetofenon veya p-metilisonitroso- asetofenonun reaksiyonu, oda sıcaklığında, dietileter'li ortamda gerçekleştirildi. Reaksiyon ortamında çökmeyen ligandlar, soğuk ortamda, kuru HC1 gazı geçirilerek tuzu şeklinde çöktürüldü. Bu ligandlann Co(II), Cu(II) ve Ni(II) metal iyonları ile etanollü ortamda mononükleer kompleksleri elde edildi. Sonuç olarak, literatürde kaydına raslanmayan üç yeni ligand ve bunların dokuz adet kompleksleri izole edildi. Ali DEVECİ 2000, Page:34 Jury: Doç.Dr. Kismet UÇAN Y.Doç.Dr. Ersin GÜLER In this study, the novel three ligands and their Co(II), Cu(II) and Ni(II) metal complexes were synthesised. These ligands are a-pycolyliminoisonitroso- acetophenone (PNAH.HCI), a-pycolylimino-p-metylisonitrosoacetophenone (PNMH.HCI) and a-pycolylimino-p-chloroisonitrosoacetophenone (PNCH). The PNCH ligands was obtained through the reaction of p-chloroisonitrosoacetophenone with a-pycolylamin in the presence of absolute ethanol. The PNAH and PNMH ligands were obtained by the reaction of isonitrosoacetophenone or p- methylisonitrosoacetophenone with a-pycolylamin in the presence of diethylether at room temparature. The unprecipitated ligands in the reaction medium were precipitated as their salt forms by passing of dry HCI gas in the cold surroundings. The mononuclear complexes of the ligands with Co(II), Cu(II) and Ni(II) metal ions were obtained in the presence of ethanol. In conclusion, three novel ligands which are not recorded in the literature and nine complexes were isolated. The structure of the ligand and their complexes were analyzed by 'H-NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis methods.
