SUMMARY This master thesis on the Abstract homotopy theory consists of five chap ters. In the first chapter we seek to answer the question of“why abstract homotopy theory?”. In chapter two, we give the notion of (Co)-cylinders and (Co)-fibrations and their properties. We work the cubical structure induced by a cylinder structure in chapter third. In the last chapter, we mention the most important result called“dold Theory”of the abstarct homotopy theory and gluing homotopy equivalence
