Özet
Türkiye' de öğretmen yetiştirme ve atanma süreci ile ilgili incelenen makalelerde sürecin zamanla sekteye uğrasa da birikimli ve daha donanımlı şekilde ilerlediği ve son halini aldığı görülmüştür. İncelenen makalelerde genellikle atama ve yerleştirme sürecinde yaşanan sorunlardan bahsedilmiştir. Öğretmen atama ve yerleştirme sürecindeki sorunlar ve bunlarla ilgili çözüm önerileri, süreci ileriye taşımış ve kronolojik olarak bir gelişim izlenmiştir. Türkiye öğretmen eğitimi konusunda büyük birikimi olan bir ülkedir. Bu birikim 2. Meşrutiyet dönemi ile birlikte başlamıştır. 2. Meşrutiyet ile birlikte eğitim alanındaki birikimler öğretmen yetiştirmeye de aktarılmış özellikle İstanbul Erkek Öğretmen Okulu' nda ki yenilikler ve elde edinilen başarılar taşradaki öğretmen okullarının gelişmesinde etkili olmuştur. Böylece öğretmen yetiştirme süreci birikimli bir şekilde hız kazanmaya başlamıştır. Süreç içerisinde zaman zaman aksaklıklar yaşansa da gelişmeye devam eden öğretmen yetiştirme süreci eğitim kurumlarının yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte günümüz öğretmen yetiştirme sisteminin temelini oluşturmuştur. Günümüzde Öğretmen Yetiştirme Yükseköğretim Kurulu, öğretmen yetiştirme sisteminde bazı yenilik ve değişikliklerin gerekli olduğuna karar vermiş, 1997 yılında YÖK ve Dünya Bankası tarafından başlatılan“Hizmet Öncesi Öğretmen Yetiştirme Projesi”kapsamında, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı üniversitelerin eğitim fakülteleri temsilcileri ve YÖK'ün birlikte yaptığı çalışmalar sonucu, bu fakültelerde yeni bir yapılanmaya gidilmiştir.

In the articles examined regarding the teacher training and appointment process in Turkey, it has been seen that although the process was interrupted over time, it progressed in a cumulative and more equipped way and took its final form. In the articles examined, problems experienced in the appointment and placement process were generally mentioned. The problems in the teacher appointment and placement process and the related solution suggestions have moved the process forward and a chronological development has been observed. Türkiye is a country with great experience in teacher education. This accumulation started with the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy period. With the 2nd Constitutional Monarchy, the knowledge in the field of education was transferred to teacher training, especially the innovations and achievements of the Istanbul Men's Teacher Training School were effective in the development of teacher training schools in the provinces. Thus, the teacher training process began to gain momentum cumulatively. The teacher training process, which continues to develop despite occasional disruptions in the process, has formed the basis of today's teacher training system with the spread of educational institutions. Today, the Teacher Training Higher Education Council has decided that some innovations and changes are necessary in the teacher training system. Within the scope of the“Pre-Service Teacher Training Project”initiated by YÖK and the World Bank in 1997, as a result of the studies carried out together by the Ministry of National Education, representatives of the education faculties of universities and YÖK. , a new structuring has been made in these faculties.
